La Kalsa
Excellent place, 5 minutes walk to the car and waiting for the train station. Also 5 minutes to the center, supermarket in the neighboring house. The overall bathroom was always absolutely clean. The room worked air conditioner, clean and good bed linen. Friendly and attentive host
Il Lapino

Lovely room and was surprised to have Tea, Coffee and Breakfast provided. As you are in centre of Palermo the road noise is a bit loud so bring some ear plugs. It's about a 10 minute walk Palermo Lolli train station there is a direct train from the Airport to this station. Trains in Sicily are slow but cheap compared to the UK. The host was very welcoming and provided a Map pointing out where to go. It's about a 5 min walk to the main area and there is a Supermarket a little further down the road. There is a Fridge in the communal Kitchen where you can keep your Wine chilled. The room was clean, comfy bed and a nice Bathroom. As in most of Italy there are stairs so if you arent so nimble be warned.

La Kalsa
The hotel is in a very central location, so close to the train station. I have to say it’s not a very nice part of the city but it is convenient for arrival and departure by train. Also is only a short walk to the historical centre so good for main sights. The hotel itself is on the 4th floor and not easily accessible if you have difficulty with steps or a lot of baggage. There is a lift but it is small and still a few steps in from the street. Our room was ok, had the essentials but lacking some amenities. The en-suite seemed a bit unfinished but perfectly functional. I would stay here if only in Palermo for a night or two as it is so convenient for the train.
Ballarò Hotel

Albergheria
The hotel is not far from the train station, only a ten-minute walk. The most lively street is at the door, and the main attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel is in an old building, and there is only a small sign at the door, so you have to look for it carefully. The hotel is not on duty 24 hours a day, so please contact us via email in advance. But the hotel is large inside, clean and tidy, the room is relatively spacious, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is also good.
A Casa di Amici

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and washrooms were neatly maintained too. Breakfast was tasty and was available at a nominal cost.
B&B le Stanze di Aurora

For the first time in Palermo we are staying in a serious b&b. The clean scent was also noticeable outside on the (panoramic) terrace where you can see a glimpse of a wonderful Palermo, from the port, to Monte Pellegrino, to the historic centre, the rooms spotless, bed-moving proof, brilliant flooring. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. We had the pleasure of meeting the Host, it was a pleasure to meet, he is a very sociable family and available to meet any guest's needs. There is a fully equipped kitchen area, and a laundry area, the rooms are equipped with iron, climate TV, hairdryer, coffee machine. The panoramic terrace suitable for that moment of relaxation takes you away from stress. Compliments,
