Ho trascorso con mia figlia 3 giorni presso il S. Caterina. L'ingresso è un po' anonimo e per accedere alla mia camera, doppia superior si sale attraverso una stretta scala (non c'è ascensore). La camera, spaziosa molto graziosa, arredata con maioliche bleu e con tappezzeria con toni in tinta ha un bel balcone con vista mare, Peccato che un grosso televisore copra la specchiera rendendola inutilizzabile e che in bagno è complicato usare ul bidè per insufficiente spazio tra la tazza e il bidè stesso e che la doccia(all'interno della vasca) abbia una paratia di vetro non sufficiente a contenere l'acqua che scende copiosa sul pavimento e che non è possibile cambiare la modalità di uscita dell'acqua (da soffione a doccino e/o rubinetto). Il costo pagato per 3 pernottamenti con colazione € 1.047,00 non mi è parso ben speso. Buone le 3 cene al ristorante dell'Hotel pagate a parte ( € 240,00)

Cenato la prima sera al ristorante, qualche posata sporca chiesta di cambiare, servizio e personale ristorante poco attento, colazione ore 7.30 del mattino con torta asciutta del giorno prima, poco scelta di frutta, non da 4 stelle, reception al check out davvero scortese e poco preparato ala nostra partenza, conteggi costo camere fatte sommariamente e con richiesta di attendere alle 8 perché non c'era nessuno in grado di completare le operazioni di uscita dall'hotel. Unica persona che è stata in grado di accogliere i clienti è stata una ragazza al check in. Richiesta info hanno avuto risposte scocciate e scarne. Parcheggio scomodo. Nel complesso esperienza terribile. Poco gentili, pulizia che lascia a desiderare, personale da rivedere.
