Ca n'Alexandre - Adults Only

I just recently stayed at this hotel as part of my recent 3 weeks honeymoon. We went to 8 different cities throughout Greece and Spain and this was our worst experience in terms of service at any hotel we had stayed. It being our honeymoon, we had great service experiences the hotels we stayed at with them often pulling out a map and giving us recommendations. My husband had an ankle injury so we often had to ask for a bucket of ice in the AM or PM (or both!) which was never a problem. In most places we received a bottle of wine (or even an upgrade) since it was our honeymoon - even though we did not expect this. Check-in at this hotel with the man was awkward and even uncomfortable. At one point in our stay we asked for a bucket of ice and we were made to feel guilty about it. When we did finally get some from the front desk, we were given four ice cubes and a bucket of water. The main reason behind my review though is this misinformation this hotel provided to us, making us miss our ferry (costing us $550 CAD) and $700 CAD in new flights. On the eve of our 8am ferry we asked the man at the front desk if he could arrange a taxi and when he would recommend we call it for an 8am ferry. We looked to him for advice since no where on our ticket did it tell us and in Greece it was 30min prior. He recommended 7:30, though we decided 7:15 and when we got there the gates were closed. How would a premium hotel not tell its guests the rules around it's countries ferry terminal?

Close enough for sightseeing, shopping,dining , train and bus station. All close to hotel and with easy walking distance. Hotel very comfortable, modern interior,very comfortable bedrooms, great breakfasts.. friendly staff. Definitely recommend staying bere

Great location and lovely hotel

Attentive and helpful staff happy to give good advice on locality. Small boutique hotel on edge of historic centre. Walking distance for most of the central sites and restaurants. Bike hire shop nearby too, and a Cortes Ingles around the corner.

Central location, close to bus access to airport, train to Sóller at Plaza España, market. Breakfast was excellent and room is clean and comfortable. Hotel has friendly and helpful staff.
