Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.

People and place were absolutely amazing. Great staff from beginning to end. Greeted us with a glass of CAVA upon arrival and an unexpected room upgrade. Wow. Great room. We had only a day in Palma, but wish we had more. BO Hotel perfectly located in the heart of all the action. Walk to anywhere.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Palma. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. From check in to check out, it was a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Fresh linen, plush pillows, soft towels. The hotel was in a great location. Close to shops, dining and the waterfront. Quick walk to the Cathedral and main streets. Wish we stayed longer. Would recommend to anyone staying in Palma.

This hotel is a gem. Excellent little hotell with a staff that is super nice and friendly. From the moment of arrival to check-out. On site is a very good Italian restaurant. Breakfast is also served there. A good healthy quality breakfast with real good Italian bean coffee. Not a big hotel, though, an individual hotel with personality. Friendly management.
