A very dignified and beautiful hotel in the old town of Palma. Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The fairly high price is definitely justified given this location and amenities. The rooftop pool alone is more of a standing pool and not suitable for swimming.

Great location. Suite with roof top terrace well worth the extra cost. Staff were excellent throughout our stay. This was our second stay at hotel and we will always make this our first choice when we return.

Went for a few nights away to recharge after my husbands heart surgery. Couldn’t have been more perfect. The warm welcome the fantastic room . The housekeeping was probably the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

I was staying in the Sant Jaume hotel in the old town of Palma. Being only 5 minutes away walk from the crowded center you dont hear any noise, its a very quiet place I would recomment and definitely come again.

Estuvimos mi mujer y yo por nuestro 21 aniversario de casados y el trato por parte de dirección y todo su equipo fue excelente. Sin duda un acierto la elección y 100% recomendable ya que está muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones decoradas con un diseño espectacular.

Top gelegen, Personal super hilfsbereit, Zimmer groß und am Abend kommt auch nochmal der Service. Ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden, Mittags kann man sich auf die Dachterrasse zurückziehen und ins Whirlpool gehen. Ich kann das Hotel 100% empfehlen und komme bestimmt wieder!

Absolutely perfect we felt truly spoilt the service was the best we’ve ever had been abroad .friendly helpful staff .beautifully cooked breakfast in a morning the room was made up every day with towels changed daily beds comfy and perfect position to visit the cathedral and go do shopping . We will most certainly be back . Just perfect.thank you so much
