房間很豪華，很大，位置也好，衹是在那個地方可惜了，因為每年除了銀杏的季節應該沒人去，這樣下去維護也是大問題，所以感覺衞生不太好，最糟糕的是早餐，人手不夠，非常的混亂。

衹有銀杏季節有客人吧 應該是開完會留下的樓開的酒店 管理實在混亂 沒有前台沒有餐廳 早餐來不及做客人都跑去廚房搶食 唯一的好處是早上八點之前景區走走沒人很舒服 村子裏有客棧的 而且也根本沒交通工具 不自駕不建議來這個景區 衹有出租車一趟一百六 回程要兩百 實際上衹有三十公里路到盤州高鐵站

定這個酒店的目的不僅是因為離景區近，主要是因為它的裝修風格是中式的，方便拍漢服。房間古色古香拍漢服很出片，但房間衞生做得不夠好，實在是影響入住的心情。

這一家的點評，百感交集，硬件很好，工作人員都努力工作，也想幫助大家，但總感覺沒有到點上，雖然結説這個酒店是4星，不如説是2星民宿，各種硬件設備都是新的，但結果不理想，可能是管理問題吧。比如浴室熱水需要放水放了十幾分鍾才出熱水，而且浴室排水也不理想，洗完澡，衞生間濕答答的。最鬱悶和尷尬的是早上廁所沒有水（房間在一樓），沒有辦法沖刷。早餐工作人員忙裡忙外，但客人太多，根本照顧不過來，而且品種單一，衹有麪條，稀飯，饅頭和雞蛋。另外晚上如果肚子餓，這裡是點不了外賣，附近沒有店。如果不是必須，不建議住在景區的這個酒店。如果不介意這些，周圍環境還是非常不錯，走走呼吸新鮮空氣還是非常好。

酒店房間很不錯，裝修古典大氣，但是管理太差了，完全是農家樂的管理。近期去住宿的友友，如果入住2棟301和302千萬要看看電閘是否修好了，十多分鐘跳一次閘，最後我們度過了一個沒有電的晚上。還好是在攜程上訂的房間，客服協商後，退了一點房費。

葉子還沒有黃，所以是淡季。房間設計個人很不喜歡，我住的套房，本想同學幾個可以在我的房間聊聊，但是沒有會客廳，勉強在所謂的書房拼了一間會客廳。其實也可以到一樓去，但是沒有一點私密性咯。洗手間很沒有安全感，光線也不好。
