The stay was very comfortable and the hotel provided with all the amenities mentioned on their website. The staff behaviour was courteous, polite and Miss Baljit kaur at reception desk guided us with all the necessary details. Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant has a lot of variety and chef did considered our particular request to cook the meal. Meals were perfect, delicious and entire staff was on the toes all the time. They're hardworking and always putting a lot of efforts to make our stay extremely comfortable.

Hotel is very near to the kalka railway station. Beautiful room very, neat and clean rooms and bathroom. Staff was very polite and sportive.Hotel is about 400 meters from the railway station.In the morning hotel staff arrange a auto rickshaw for my family. I love to stay again highly recommended.

Just returned from a fabulous trip in Chandigarh where we stayed for 02 nights at the wonderful Ramgarh Heritage. What an experience (for our group of 90 pax) right from check in till our last day. Mr Sartaj was there throughout and ensured our stay to be comfortable and memorable. He was a call away whenever we needed anything. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and offered welcome drinks. The front office staff especially Ms. Roop and Mr Dilip were quite accommodating and offered us choice of rooms as per our wish. All the rooms were very fresh with neat decor and a good bed. Here I would like to also mention Ms Sushma who was always smiling and escorted most of our guests to their rooms. The meal options at the buffet that were splendid and perfectly catered to elevate our experience. The Pottery workshop organized with a local Potter ‘Salim’ was interesting. The hotels Operations Manager, Mr. Akshit was always around and personally overlooked the whole operations of our group. Whenever we needed anything he was there. The whole team deserves a special mention - attentive, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and well-cared for. You have to continuously follow up or send reminders Upkeep: The property is nice but upkeep is not fine. Bathroom drain was choked, wooden floor tiles were loose. Overall: Nice for the area it is situated. Wont suggest long stays. Good for breaking journey.

I stayed in this property for 3 nights while on a business tour. It is located at a convenient place with quite a few eateries around. The ambience is good, the service is fast and rooms are spacious. The food is tasty. However, following need some improvement: 1. I was staying in the room on the first floor. However, the loud music from ground floor/music was clearly heard at this floor and disturbs the sleep. A soundproof barrier might help. 2. There are only a couple of hangers in the almira. More hangers will solve the problem. 3. The room in which I was staying was having a balcony where pigeons were flying and making a noise. A pigeon net would solve the issue. 4. In the buffet breakfast, there was a choice between 1 juice and 1 shake. More options of juices and shakes will be helpful.

Nice rooms and toilets. Located just 1 min drive away from kalka station. They also arranged a car for our Himachal trip. You can find restaurants and other shops around the hotel. The manager is very helpful but a weird person. But the owner was a very good person.

Room is not that much worth for 2200 rupees its overpriced, bad dmell was coming from the room and washroom was also not good there was water blockage also in the washroom, so i will not recommend this hotel for 2200 rupees, rather then this go with rajshree its near by elante mall chandigarh
