Just returned from a lovely weekend at the Timhotel, Montmartre. Have used this hotel many times when in Paris but this is my first visit back in 7 years. Situated in a beautiful square with nearby restaurants and cafes and near to Sacre Coeur. The area was very busy being Easter weekend but nothing detracts from the splendour of the area. The bedroom was small, quite normal for the area, but functional. The bed was so comfortable, with quality pillows and bedding. Lovely en suite bathroom. We didn’t use the hotel for breakfast and tried different cafes where there was an average price of ten euros. The area, like most of Paris, isn’t cheap when it comes to food and drink but still very much worth the money just for the ambience and the sheer pleasure of being in Montmartre! I have to thank all of the hotel reception staff that we met on this visit - kind, helpful, every one. After a bit of a slog from Charles de Gaulle airport by train into Gare de Nord then taxi up to the hotel, we decided to opt for a taxi transfer on the way back and this was arranged by hotel reception without a problem. Well worth it in my opinion. In closing I would highly recommend the Timhotel and again thank the staff for a fabulous stay in Paris.

I stayed at Hotel Audran in the early September and I have already been able to review very positively both the room and the excellent location. I would like to thank you again for the excellent service, the courtesy they have reserved to me and for having made me return a few forgotten sights on the comfort of the room in which I stayed. It was wonderful to be there, thanks for having us and providing good services. Everything was superb, value for money. I don't understand why people have given the bad ratings, I stayed on the 5th floor, the room was clean and properly set up, the shared washroom was properly cleaned and sanitized, the bed was super comfortable, and what else? An iron they gave for clothes, a really good shared shower room. The hotel should be listed at 5 stars. I found nothing wrong. The staff was nice and helpful. We went for a quick trip for 2 days for a Proposal photoshoot and our budget was really less and F1 was the only hotel offering the pricing as per our budget, we were afraid to see the reviews on TA but still thought of trying It. Trust me, everything was excellent, much more than expected. I will stay always there for future trips, will not waste money on expensive hotels unnecessarily which are equally Good. Give it a try yourself and I am sure you are going to love it.

In Paris you tend to get what you pay for so if you book a budget hotel, lower your expectations!! That said, this hotel was quite a pleasant surprise. When I got to my room it was very clean, with a comfy bed and basic looking shower that actually supplied plentiful hot water. The guys at reception were pleasant. They let me drop my bag off prior to check in and let me leave it for a bit after I checked out. For sure there is noise from the street but as a city girl, I was not bothered and it was not excessive. Because the floors are not carpeted (they have new looking lino type floors) the noise from someone upstairs who did not take their shoes off was much more distracting!! The stairs could do with a good scrub to be more aesthetically pleasing but as I wasn't sleeping on them I didn't care. Super close to the Metro at La Chappell and an easy walk to Gare de I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. All in all, much better than I expected and I would stay again

Petit hôtel à Montmartre avec un super accueil. Très bien situé dans le quartier de Montmartre ce qui permet de visiter tout les alentours a pieds. Il y a tous les commerces nécessaires autour. The hotel is in a really nice position very close to the metro station of Jaurès that can get you basically everywhere. The place was clean and there is the chance to leave there your luggage if you come to early for check in or if you need to leave it after check out. That earns the 2 stars in my review. Unfortunately this was probably my worst experience in a hotel. Checking in I was told that we got an upgrade and, instead of our view on the city we got what is supposedly a better room facing an internal wall. I must say that I am not sure if that was really an upgrade because it didn't feel like it - and this makes me wonder what would have been a regular room. Rooms are poorly insulated and I could hear perfectly what was going on in the rooms next to our. The cleaning was good, but unfortunately the cleaning lady forgot to close our door and, when we came back to the hotel in the late afternoon, we found the door open. The only answer we got when we reported the issue was ”oh, that's not good” - indeed it isn't. Growing up in a similar business I have been taught to do what it take to make happy your guests and I found odd that I couldn't get a couple of spoons when I asked for them (”breakfast is closed now so we don't have spoons”). All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The price doesn't match the service.

The location was excellent. The room was very clean, though very small. The staff were very friendly. I didn't pay for breakfast, but I could have free coffee and tea every morning. The metro station was 1min far, however always check for the metro construction not to miss your train or flight.

GGuest UserI first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed.
I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process.
When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows.
We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over.
We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny.
After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all.
It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude.
On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.

Wonderful, it's next to Barcy Village, a shopping area, with many restaurants, cinemas and stores. Along with a park and the metro station, within a 2 min walk from the hotel. There is a Metro supermarket along with a Carrefour there too.
On a map it seems a little far from the centre of Paris, but its a lovely walk along the river and a lesieryly walk took us into the heart of Paris within 1 hour walk, or just take a 10 min taxi ride or a 10 min subway ride. Location is great. If you go into the centre of Paris then you probably looking at small 11-18sqM rooms, don't do this, travel out a little bit and get a room that you can relax in.
Room
Good size, modern, clean. Big TV, fridge, desk etc...
Some bad things now, the AC did not seem powerful enough to keep the room cold, it kept the room cool, but not cold.
Also, there were no plug sockets near the bed for charging phones, so bring a really long charging cable
Bed is comfortable and the big windows provided a nice open feeling (note, the windows do not open though)
Fast Wifi too.
Bathroom:
Big, clean, modern. Good water pressure, a big mirror with good lighting but it did steam up - but not a big deal. Has a bathtub and shower combined.
Breakfast / Food
Buffet-style breakfast with patties, eggs, bread, yoghurt, cheeses, tea, and coffee - all pretty standard for most European hotels that offer breakfast. Cannot say I was amazed by it but was not disappointed either - normal.
We did have dinner at the hotel which was lovely. Beautiful salad and pasta. No complaints here.
Facilities
It's like a modern art gallery. Has giant sculptures everywhere, table football, ping pong tables, a hairdresser/barber, a cinema room, a BBQ area, a pool, spa, gym... it's a lot for a hotel to have. It's almost too much but it's lovely to have and if you are spending a long time in the Hotel then there are many things you can do - but we were here only for a few days so did not try out everything. But much better to have than not.
Gym
Some free weights, a yoga studio area, a punching bag, callisthenics bars - it's all pretty good. Set in the basement of the hotel and accessible only by 1 of the 4 elevators they have is annoying, but again, Pullman offers a lot of facilities
Pullman is a wonderful hotel which offers large rooms and is a plus in a city like Paris. Everything is clean and modern with only the AC power being below average.
I cannot say Pullman is the cheapest hotel, next door there is an IBIS but we wanted a larger room - I would book Pullman again, especially if they have a good price. For a short stay it is good because of the location and for a long stay its good because of the room size and facilities.

The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. DDenne GohLocation was good but the nearest Metro now is under upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room was small but clean. Problem is the only way to get drinking water is to go all the way to ground floor with your own bottle. I can understand the need to cut down on plastic bottles for Planet Earth. But at least have a water dispenser on every floor. Water is essential for life. But have just one water point on the ground floor goes to show that simple guests needs are not prioritize.

KKara TaiThe location is unbeatable as far as distance from many historic attractions. For the price of the room ($700) it is quite expensive as the room is simple, as are the amenities.
Most of the hotel staff were friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly. When I went to ask about a power adapter, the person I spoke to was short and rude with me. My partner is French and everyone was more friendly with him and willing to help.

TTina&TThe location of the hotel is very good, and the design style is also very exquisite. The only thing is that the suite given to us at the beginning was on the ba*****t floor. It had windows, but it was still a bit damp, so we moved to the first floor the next day, and there was a skylight right above the bed. As soon as the sun shines on the bed, I don't know what to think.

BBettyThe hotel is a bit old around the corridors and walkways! its working on renovating but once inside the room it is nice and clean so wasnt too fussy on it! Great location, safe and easy accessible to tourist sights and shopping. Front desk was also very helpful so overall would recommend it just the hotel needs to work on finishing its renovation so it looks newer!

GGuest UserHad a really good stay there! I went with one friend and we met amazing people! The bar is cheap and nice!! A perfect way to meet new friends from around and from the hostle. I recommend. Our windows was broken and they fixed it! It’s not Wow but it’s still cute! The bathroom is really basic.

BBrian DuckIt has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities

GGuest UserThere are many restaurants around, and the subway was a few minutes on foot, so it was the best location. The room is small and there is no elevator, but I am satisfied with this price. The staff were friendly and nice too.
