Simple facilities, but comfortable and clean

La struttura è ben collegata. Personale cortese. Però In quattro giorni non ci hanno mai cambiato asciugamani ne rifatto i letti. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere altra carta igienica perché non entrando a pulire non sapevano fosse terminata

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Mouriel at the reception very nice. The neighborhood is very Varied. The good thing is that there are delizio and Paris serie for breakfast. I would not recommend the one in the hotel. Overall we had a good time.

The hotel is located in a residential area and is quiet, but that makes it seem like the area is not safe. The hotel elevator is broken, so you have to go up the stairs. I think it would be difficult if you had a suitcase. There were no particular problems with the room, and I felt it was sufficient for a solo traveler.

Very good beds to sleep in. Clean. Nice bathroom. A bit silly that the lift was broken, had to go up to the 3rd floor. Had a bad knee, so it took a long time. Could have been informed about it. Pleasant staff.

The experience at the hotel was horrible. Starting with not having an elevator and our room being on the 6th floor, we didn't have an elevator all week and they didn't even bother to change the room. The daily cleaning is poorly done and in addition to cleaning the room poorly, they don't leave enough towels, we had to ask for them. And the worst part was that every time they cleaned, they left the bedroom door open all day, putting our belongings at risk. The employees are incompetent and every time a problem arises they indicate that they don't know, it's not up to them and that they only work there 1 or 2 days a week. We made a complaint, they refused to give us the book recommendation. They indicated that they would give us our money back (only €80 for the inconvenience) And now they indicate that they will only return the money if we make a positive comment. We refuse. Don't choose this hotel, it was the worst choice.
