Park Hyatt Paris Vendome is a very very very very nice place to stay

We stayed for two nights in a standard room overlooking the garden inside. The room was ok size in a central area of Paris and the staff were nice. I’m giving 3 star because the value was not there. It’s easily $1000/night anytime of the year but there was nothing spectacular about the hotel to be honest.

We are frequent visitors to Paris and are always reminded during each trip why we choose the Park Hyatt Vendome. By far the best service of any of the 5-star properties, with the managers and the front desk staff (Prospere, Charlotte, Edouard…) going absolutely above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. We wholeheartedly recommend.

We recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Paris for our anniversary trip, and while the property itself was okay, the real standout was Lucas. From the moment we arrived, Lucas went above and beyond to make our stay special. He was incredibly attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed, and his professionalism shone through in every interaction. His positive attitude and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience. Despite the property not quite living up to expectations, Lucas’s exceptional service left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Lucas, for making our anniversary feel so special!

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The concierge team went above and beyond to assist with all my requests, offering personalized recommendations that truly enhanced my stay. The housekeeping staff maintained the room impeccably, ensuring a spotless and comfortable environment each day. I was also impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the guest relations operators whenever I needed assistance. The property and room were absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed to reflect luxury and elegance. The room felt lavish and provided an incredibly comfortable experience, making it feel like a true sanctuary. From the high-end amenities to the beautiful décor, everything was of the highest quality. The experience I had at the spa was absolutely rejuvenating, and the staff there provided a sense of tranquility and relaxation that was second to none. Additionally, the valet staff were attentive and courteous, always ensuring smooth and timely service. Overall, this was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced at any hotel worldwide. I would like to sincerely thank all of the staff who made my stay unforgettable, and I will highly recommend the Park Hyatt Paris - Vendôme to others.

How can one night change your life? After finishing my last chemo therapy 2 years ago I had shared with my son the story of how I have always wanted to go to Paris. And apparently this propelled him to write to Park Hyatt directly and told them my story. From there, the hotel communicated with him numerous times how they can make my ONE night stay memorable and special. They had cared so much and wanted every detail to be perfect for me. Charlotte Knauf, their Guest Relations Supervisor made sure to greet me when I arrived. Upon entering my room, I was overwhelmed with gratitude. There were balloons, champagne, dozen red long stemmed roses and fruits and chocolate. But what made it very special to me is having a balcony in Paris. Not only did I have a balcony but I had THREE! The room was spectacular, just what you would imagine being in Paris. It was so hard to leave the room. If anyone of you reading this and dreaming of someday visiting Paris, you have to come and EXPERIENCE the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome. You will be treated as the SPECIAL PERSON you ARE. It is a DESTINATION all on it's own. The staff are so welcoming, every single one of them. You will LOVE it here.

We stayed on points for 6 nights. We were able to check in early and staff was incredibly welcoming. Marcella from guest services greeted us as well and was helpful throughout our stay. We were upgraded from a standard suite to the wonderful Diplomatic Suite. The bedroom room and huge split vanity bathroom was fantastic. There was a huge sitting room with a powder room. We were greeted with a welcome gift and then a departure gift too. Fantastic use of points.
