Clean, nice staff, located walking distance to Eiffel Tower and metro. Like the other reviews mention, you do have to take spiral stairs up to room but convenient location is worth it. Perfect for a short stay with minimal luggage. Also helped arrange transport early in morning. Thank you for a nice first stay in Paris.

The property does not have elevator. We were not told that breakfast is extra and the breakfast was not of good quality. First day the milk had turned sour.
Best part as its nearness to Eiffel Tower.

Un hotel pequeño y funcional cercano a la zona de la torre eiffel, me gustó la limpieza y el orden. La atención fué buena y hay relación calidad - precio.
El único inconveniente es la falta de ascensor para subir las maletas.
