The MO Paris sits in a relatively modern building at the heart of Rue St Honore. The property is a 3 minute walk from Place Vendome and 5 mins to Place Concorde, but benefits from the relative peace and tranquility of Rue St Honore. As you would expect being a Mandarin Oriental the service is the best you will receive. Every single member of staff from the doormen, to the front of house, bar, kitchen, servers are exemplary. Service is second to none. Period. I would like to list all the truly wonderful team but sadly would run out of space in the review. Suffice to say service is professional, polite, intelligent and considerate to anything a guest needs, even if they do not know it yet. A special thanks must go to Rafael and to the team in the newly revitalized bar. The cocktails and the environment for a relaxing, quiet drink pre or post dinner are perfect. Note as well the courtyard permits the smoking of cigars which is a major plus these days. Bedrooms are MO through and through. Firm beds with bedding that envelopes the sleeper. I had the best nights sleep on my four weeks in Europe at this property. Breakfast is served at the ground floor and again exceeds expectations. Whilst the buffet looks small, it is not and the ability to order what you wish for from the menu makes the entire breakfast process relaxing and of course high quality. The pool (a significant plus in Paris) is quiet and relaxing. A good place to unwind. A+ for every aspect of the stay. If you have the opportunity to visit and stay, do.
