The front desk service of the hotel is very poor. We originally booked a triple room, but one of us got the flu. When we checked in, we wanted to change it to two double rooms and compensate the hotel for the price difference, but the front desk disagreed. The original triple room was not adjusted and we had to book a new double room, which cost a lot more money for two nights! It is inevitable that you will get sick suddenly during your trip. It is really unlucky to encounter such a hotel. They don't care about humanity at all, but only pay attention to money. Please book carefully! In addition, if you have to leave the room key at the front desk when you go out during your stay in the hotel, please weigh it yourself!

very good location, close to shopping area,
it was not a good experience with the front desk lady, no smile no greeting and rude to my daughters,
i am not realized that no visitors allow entry to hotel, no matters they are helping me to settle my suitcase

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very close to transit and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was small, which we expected but it was comfortable. Bathroom was good. Hotel also has a small elevator.

Hôtel joliment décoré, bonne literie, personnel accueillant, très bien situé à proximité du théâtre mogador des grands magasins et de la gare St lazare, petit déjeuner très correct avec produis de bonne qualité. Petit bémol: baignoire pas pratique.

The hotel is in a convenient location but that’s all it has going for it. The rooms were small- even by Paris standards. We had rooms 106 and 108. They were shabby, dark, and lacked proper charging stations etc. the bathroom was so tiny- one person barely fit in it. Stay somewhere else.
