Paris Hotels with Airport pickup service

Our stay in this hotel in Paris was fantastic. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Love all the attention to details such as chocolates in bed every day, a flower and nice note upon our arrival, sightseeing suggestions, complimentary water bottle, etc. The room was very comfortable with a balcony which we used to enjoy breakfast in the mornings. You can also opt for breakfast in the hotel dining room with a choice of full breakfast buffet or petit-dejeneur (croissants, bread options, tea, coffee) which was more than enough for us. The bed and pillows were also to our liking. The location was wonderful within walking distance to all major Paris sights. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is outstanding, and the location could not be better! Accommodations were beautiful and very spacious, and the hospitality was the highlight of this property. The staff are professional, friendly and the service was impeccable. On the last day, I had the opportunity to visit an exhibition and when I return to the room, Youn (our buttler) has written a kind message with a portrait from the exhibition. I was really impressed with the attention to the details! The place to be in Paris and have the best experience!

This was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in while traveling Europe. The location is perfect for walking and very close to all of the tourists sites. We were met with a very warm and kind greeting from Olga at the front desk, she made sure we were accommodated with our special requests and anything else we may have needed; in addition to Olga there was Amando; he assisted us in making all of our site reservations including theater tickets; his patience was outstanding with us as we knew very little; the entire staff was very impressive and friendly and I know that this is the hotel I will stay at every time i visit Paris

I chose to stay at Le Bristol because of its exquisite breakfast. Yes the room is always elegant and well appointed, but the breakfast is truly excellent. The freshly baked croissant is a real delight.

The room is quite decent, and there are three Michelin-starred restaurants. For us Chinese, an Italian restaurant with a meter of 1 meter is more suitable. The location is excellent (of course other luxury hotels in Paris have better locations).

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Peninsula Paris and our time there was so special that I feel compelled to write this review. This is a top-notch hotel that goes above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable. Let's start with the staff - Rana at the front desk, Nicholas and Paul at the concierge, Jose at the valet, Volica in housekeeping, and Imran as the greeter (to name a few, but certainly not all) - are the kindest, most helpful and amazing people I have ever come across. They not only made our return there so good, but they also left an impression on our 7 year twins that they soon won't forget. The concierge was able to get us coveted reservations at some of Paris's hottest restaurants and boutiques. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The food was unreal - the daily pastry basket at breakfast, the dumplings at Lili and the chocolate - are all a must!! Me and my husband have traveled a lot, stayed at many fine resorts, and this is truly at the top!

Too much business service but too little customer service. I was told that I would be getting a room with a view but asked for upgrade when I mentioned that. Bit too much for a young people. May be good for rich foreigners to bring ******* 🤣🤣🤣

Everything about this hotel was good, except for a non-functional AC. I know it is Paris and most hotels do not even have an AC. But when you come back after a hectic day, the room feels very stuffy and claustrophobic without AC. When I complained at the front desk about this, she told me to open the window. And not only that, I was asked to sign on a form which says that I asked the hotel to open the window and if anything worst happens, I am responsible. Really ! This was a uniquely weird experience first time in my entire travel history across many countries. Why cannot the hotel staff mention about this up front to all guests rather than waiting for them to complain? Location: Perfect ! The hotel is directly attached to the Gare De Lyon train station. Literally attached. We arrived in Paris by train from Zurich and were initially wondering about carrying our luggage. But it was just 2-3 minutes from getting down from the train in Hall-2 to the front desk of the hotel. Very very convenient. Even when we were roaming around Paris city, getting to the destination and getting back to the hotel was super easy. In most cases, Gare De Lyon is the starting point or the last point on the bus or the train. I highly recommend this hotel for the location. Besides, you have every kind of shop, restaurants, cafes and what not at the Gare De Lyon station. So need not worry about buying stuff or going out to eat as a last minute plan. Food: Decent food. Good taste and good spread. We found the breakfast at Novotel Paris slightly better than Novotel Zurich. I can compare because we came from Novotel Zurich to Novotel Paris. The number of items in the breakfast were lesser but the taste and choice of dishes was slightly better. But Novotel Zurich is a far better hotel in all other aspects. Room: Besides the AC problem mentioned above, there was another minor issue. The bathroom is by default completely transparent. You have to press a button inside to make the glass opaque. But even this is not 100% opaque but it is acceptable. Lastly, the bathroom door has no lock, which is also ok, as no one would just walk-in inside a bathroom. The size of the room was actually good, considering the kind of rooms you find in Paris. Three of us were able to sleep, walk around and keep our luggage comfortably in the room, so no complaints about the size of the room. Overall, I would rate 3.5/5 for this hotel. I hope they fix the AC problem and it can be very close to 5 star rating.

Amazing hotel and staff with great attention to detail. Baptiste at the front desk was so helpful, Svetlana at the concierge desk, and Christophe and his whole team down at breakfast. Room was extremely clean and comfortable (the pillow menu especially) and the balmain body products were luxurious.

The hotel is within 5 minutes walk from the back door of the Louvre. It is in the center of the city. It is the subway station No. 1 line. There are supermarkets, restaurants and drug stores nearby. It is very convenient. Service attitude is also very good. The room was small but everything was good and the breakfast was very good. With a 5-year-old doll, when I booked the room, I thought I could sleep together. There are basically children in Europe who ask for an extra bed. I can't understand it at first, but I know that the bed is about 1.5, so the extra bed will be more comfortable.
