"The room isn't huge, but overall it's pretty good. It's very clean, and they tidy it up daily. The location is excellent – right outside you'll find the Arc de Triomphe and a metro station, and the Champs-Élysées is just a short walk away. You can also reach Galeries Lafayette with just one metro stop. The swimming pool downstairs is quite nice too. It's a small but charming hotel."

"Almost Everything was good. But heating systems of air conditioning is not working well. The weather was little bit cold and we asked the receptionist and she gave us small heater and it was useful. And also there was not availability for hot water whenever you want on the day times and nights except breakfast time . Everytime we should ask we need hot water even a cup of. And it was uncomfortable And visitors of this hotel should bring slippers and toothbrush with them. Hotel doesn’t provide."

"Facilities: Quite new and well-equipped. The breakfast was really good, especially the bread, and they even offered a packed breakfast to go if you left early. Hygiene: Reasonably clean, though there were some long hairs on the floor, which was acceptable. Environment: The room was a bit small, but the location was absolutely superb. The excellent location made up for any other minor issues. Service: Very warm and attentive."

"The air conditioning wasn't working, and when I asked, they said there was nothing they could do. They don't provide free towels for stays under 6 nights, and they don't clean the trash either – you have to leave it outside your door. It's also a bit of a walk to the subway station."

"The hotel is nice with real Parisian vibe.The location also very good- you can get to most sites walking and enjoying the scenes of Paris- architecture, flowers blooming trees. Also walking distance from M station and railway station. There is cosy bulangerie and Italian restaurant around. The staff is quite nice, welcoming. Mr. Andre was so helpful, the only person who seriously took the feedbck on the room service and made sure everything was good before that the room service was annoying- administration should think about it. Overall a good stay!"

"I stayed here the night before flying out of Charles de Gaulle Airport. I was really pleased with the delicious and varied breakfast. For a Hilton, the price was quite reasonable. However, some of the staff seemed to prioritize their own conversations over assisting guests. (I arrived early due to a rental car return, so I dropped off my luggage first and planned to pick it up at check-in, as they don't deliver luggage to rooms.) I was kept waiting while a front desk staff member, even after being called twice by me and once by a passing colleague, continued a seemingly enjoyable conversation with another guest. To make matters worse, when I handed over the luggage claim tag, the staff member said, ”Oh, I forgot my glasses today, so I can't read this.” They then made us search for our own bags. They didn't verify anything at all; if we had pointed to the wrong bags, we could have easily taken them."

"Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The manager, Stefano, truly made our experience exceptional. When our luggage was delayed by the airline, he went above and beyond to help us — offering very practical advice on how to handle the situation, providing us with some essential items to use during our stay, and comforting us with kind and supportive words at a time when we were feeling quite frustrated. His professionalism and empathy turned what could have been a stressful start into a much more manageable experience. The hotel itself is clean, neat, and tidy, with rooms that are reasonably sized and well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from Galeries Lafayette Haussmann (which makes shopping extremely convenient) and about a 20-minute walk to the Louvre Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering a great variety of dining options. We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers — couples, families, and especially visitors who are not planning to drive, as everything you need is within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport. Thank you to Stefano and the entire team for making our Paris stay so pleasant and memorable!"

"The Little Hôtel was a very good choice for accommodation in Paris, especially for two people and given the city's prices. Very close to the metro, which made travel easy and relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable in all areas and the room was neat. The bathroom was excellent, with constant hot water and very good towels, something you really appreciate after many hours of walking around the city. The staff was polite and helpful. The elevator was small, as is often the case in hotels in Paris, but there was no problem in general during our stay. The only negative was that there was no refrigerator in the room. For a few days it is not a big issue, but if someone stays longer it would be useful. The area is convenient and safe, and even by foot you can reach the Seine in about half an hour, enjoying beautiful corners and images of Paris along the way. Overall, I highly recommend it as an economical and very honest accommodation option in Paris."

"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless! What I loved most was how close it was to the station – with so many lines intersecting there, it made getting around super convenient!! Just a heads-up: bring your own toothbrush, pajamas, and slippers, as they're not provided. Overall, I highly recommend this place! If I ever go back to Paris, I'd definitely want to stay here again! You can also catch a small glimpse of the very top of the Eiffel Tower from the room!"

"Postives: Great location- best location that I’ve stayed for a Eurostar trip. Staff were also very friendly. Room was also clean and tidy Negatives: it would have been nice to have a small water bottle in the hotel room on arrival, even for 80 cents. Small gesture but very nice. The keycard to the room consistently stopped working at least once a day, sometimes twice a day which was highly frustrating especially given that it may take 4 mins to walk the stairs to your room and you have to get back down again. This happened to a number of guests during my stay and would have frustrated me in the long term. This needs to be resolved"
