Burn marks on floor & stains on the sofa chair in room, otherwise clean & decent for the price & location. Breakfast was decent .

Dirty, dusty room and a sparse breakfast not worth eating. I had a hole in the wall where the toilet paper should have been. My shower was too dirty to use. Every time, at check in and check out and when I went down to complain there was no one at all on the first floor to help.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the plug would not stop the bathtub water from running out and it was too late in the evening to begin switching rooms so soaking in a bath was unfortunately out of the question Only two kleenex lwere eft in the box with no additional box under the counter. Breakfast even compared to another Sleep INN in Charleston WV was very, very poor. Charleston Sleep Inn ran circles around this one re: breakfast. The bacon was greasy and tasted bad, and my husband asked if the sausage was even real meat! The egg patties (Pucks) were that yellow liquid- also not good tasting. Not even a waffle maker in sight. Very disappointing when a "hot breakfast" was advertised. The lady filling the breakfast stations did her job but was not friendly. One star for the "breakfast"Effort needs to be made in some areas here.

A family run hotel and they are doing an excellent job. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was good and filling. Got me off to a good start for the long drive ahead. I would stay here again.

Check in and out was easy. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. It had everything needed including a refrigerator. As seen at other hotels recently, the staff had to multi-task. The breakfast room was basic though adequate. Breakfast offerings were as expected. The bathroom was bare bones, to the point I felt unsafe getting in and out of the shower. I expected a grab bar of sorts even in a standard room.

Our mother was in Camden Clark (hospital) for several days, & my father, brother, & I were fortunate to have stayed in this hotel. Everything was top-notch & the staff was amazing! They went above & beyond...& could not have been more accommodating! Forever grateful.

Orange juice from a dispenser, diluted to 99.9% water. Grisly sausage. Paper-thin bacon. Processed eggs. Bio-engineered yogurt. What more might you not want? Of course, one comes here primarily to sleep, not to dine, and the room was quite satisfactory. The beds were comfortable, although the thickness of the box springs and mattresses made them difficult to climb into. Our room was clean and quiet, and the motel's location close to I77 was convenient.

The hotel was functional and generally cleaned, even though the lobby bathroom was not cleaned for two days. We were not expecting a 4 or 5 star experience, but we felt like they did the minimum with the room cleaning service, and the breakfast bar. The fir st day we had frozen egg disk things, They had been thawed out and heated up, but tasted like frozen bland egg things. They had sausage and bacon, which was nice to see. On the second day, no eggs, no sausage, no bacon. They blamed it on being out of stock.

Listing advertised “full” “hot” breakfast. Nothing but cold cereal and bad danish. Not even brewed coffee! Instant coffee in a machine. I book my choice based on a hot breakfast to some degree. Huge disappointment! Staff was not friendly. Room was clean.
