Linz Hotels with Free Parking.

The hotel has very nice breakfast and the hotel is monument time. The hotel is located right beside the shopping street which is very convenient with a lot of food choices before the shop is closed. It is also served by a tram system that can bring you to the train station overall a very nice hotel to stay with friend.

Die Lage direkt am Hauptplatz ist ideal, hier ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und die Straßenbahn hält vor der Türe. Das Design des Motel one, wie überall einmalig und schön; dass man einer Alleinreisenden Frau aber erst mal ein dunkles Loch mit Fenster zu einem 2qm ”Licht”-Schacht anbietet ist fast schon sexistisch. Mein Bruder bekam vor einiger Zeit, auch alleinreisend, sofort ein schönes Zimmer zum Hauptplatz. Lästig auch, dass die Zimmerkarte schon eine halbe Stunde vor Checkout time gesperrt ist und das Zimmermädchen drängelnd klopft, obwohl das ”Nicht stören Schild” an der Tür hängt.

Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!

Nice staffs and easy checkin and out.Great location and they got a spacious parking lot. They got the self serviced laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Great choice for road trip travelers or backpackers. But our room needs more cleaning, there are still dust and others’ hair when we get in the room.

This was the best hotel I stayed at in the entire Czech Republic, Austria, and Hungary region. The experience was excellent and a pleasant surprise. Facilities: The room was spacious with high ceilings, a separate bathtub and shower, and all the necessary amenities were provided, including a refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, and safe. Cleanliness: Spotless; mirrors and glass were dust-free and watermark-free; the bed was neatly made with no wrinkles. Environment: Located in the heart of Linz, it's a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area, surrounded by shopping malls and a central square. Service: During check-in, the front desk thoughtfully switched the iPad to a Chinese interface and recommended nearby supermarkets and restaurants.

The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office. Not everyone is on vacation. There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible. Beautiful and impressive, no doubt, but the timing was unacceptable. You can't expect that just two days before the event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have booked with you. We were overall very satisfied with the hotel. All was clean, modern and beautifully designed. Specially practical we found the deep garage, which is extra cost, but offers a very comfortable parking possibility. Unfortunately, we had a little trouble with our family room because it was very cold. We reported this, but nothing could be changed in such a short term. Although a small heat body was provided to us, the room remained cold. Positively highlighted is the reception: very friendly, helpful and trying to support us as best as possible. Probably it was just a unhappy coincidence. Despite all the things we can recommend the hotel more warmly.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

At the beginning, I didn’t care to check in by myself. I kept on the entrance to the door. I tried to call and no one listened. Finally, I called 3 or 4 times to inform the password to open the key. The locals told the department to open the cabinet. The room was hygienic. The bed was also very big and the location was very convenient.
