Amazing
PppachhaiI had a fantastic stay at Hotel Broadbeach Residence. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with great views. The amenities, including the pool, gym, and spa, are excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend

YYisiThe place is absolutely stunning and great location if not the best. Walking distance to pacific fair, restaurants at Broadbeach, plus the Casino is just downstairs. The lift during the peak hour did present a bit of challenge which shall be dealt with by the management company and for some reason there is on and off buzzing sound in the hallway.

GGuest UserLocation and facilities were great. Heated pool and great cafe 2min walk.
The apartment itself was rundown, but equipped with the basics. One of the rooms was locked to us, but had access to the balcony. There was a horrific smell in the kitchen (wall?) we had to get room spray to help mask it. The microwave and cupboards were unusable.
We would return to Ultra, however, would request a different apartment.

GGuest UserOur experience was good. The apartments are well organised and no lengthy check-in process like other places. A bit surprised after paying the amount due weeks before and then being requested for another $500 prior to checking in otherwise the booking can't be guaranteed. Most people take American Express in the accommodation industry and this was also a surprise. Apart from that it was a very pleasant state and we will book it again if we get a good deal.

KknknAlthough it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks.
There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children.
Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock... There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy. It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. It wasn't bad for a few days.
The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in.

MMaslenIt’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay.

It is very convenient to do things. It is very close to the shopping mall bank school restaurant. The hotel room furnishings have also been updated before (upgraded) and I am very satisfied ～
