GGuest UserThe room was spacious & beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent. Private underground parking & laundry facilities were good. The stairs from carpark to room might pose an issue for those with mobility problems. Communication could have been better - the check-in instructions were lacking until I reached out to them to ask, & the reception was never open.

AAmaliBefore checking in, other reviews said that the uncle at the front desk had a bad attitude, but I met a kind gentleman who patiently guided me, upgraded me to a room with a balcony, and said goodbye to me with a smile when I checked out. It is best to check in before 6 pm. Although the office hours are listed as 8 pm, in fact, the elderly's home seems to get off work at 7 pm.
It is true that it is very noisy. It is located at a T-junction and faces a gas station. There are often speeding motorcycles and strong noises from parking trucks.
The Brisbane River is right next to it, many people are walking/running, and the scenery and air are good!
