PPhoenix969The location is amazing just 15 min walk to the gondola station. The service is amazing, it’s family run business, the owner took personal care of us ensured any little issues were addressed immediately. In the morning we were fed well with Bulgarian breakfast and it had personal touch to it and we were made to feel special. Amenities were adequate considering the price we paid for it. The only downside I would say is the shower had some moulds but that’s an easy fix and mattress was a bit soft needs replacement.

The receptionist didn't speak English so we used Google translate, but once done, we got a quick and good service.
The hotel is a bit distanced from the main street and the gondola to the ski area, but it's quite and good for driving to the mountain.

GGuest UserThere is no hot water bathing, no slippers and toothbrushes. The hotel staff are unlocking the room when we are not there. I feel that our stuff has been turned over and the order is written on 61 euros and two rooms to the store to pay 65 euros when swimming. The clothes locked in their cabinets can also be opened and stolen by 200 euros.
