"This hotel is a solid 3 star hotel, not 5 stars We stayed in the Executive Suite with Mountain View, for our dates in January it was around $260/night (overpriced in my opinion, should be around $130-150) PROS: -beautiful view of the mountains -they give you 1 complimentary bottle of water upon arrival -room is clean and has fridge, also has some silverware for you to use -house keeping is good in arranging our room and clothes CONS: -hotel is very old, outdated and needs a renovation -around 12 mins walk to gondola, which seems near but is hard because of cold weather + if you're wearing ski boots -they are very cheap and give only 1 free bottle of water upon arrival, theres no more free water in the room after that -they dont have shampoo or conditioner, instead they combined everything into 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash liquid -no disposable toothbrush -there is jacuzzi but water is not warm, its lukewarm and needs to be hotter -breakfast is 99% the same thing everyday and is composed of: cheeses, dried meats, fried frozen foods (cheese, squid, potatoes) -dinner is overpriced at €30/person and not worth it -most of the times, housekeeping did not clean our floor (we know this because we have some of our jacket fur on the floor and once we get back its still there) -you think you have access to Regnum Banya Thermal, but you have to pay around $10/person to get access Would not recommend staying here as its overpriced for the value you get. I was talking to other people and they are happy with their stay at Kempinski (more expensive), Hotel Lion & Platinum"

"Excellent choice for off the season skiing or vacation. Location is away from noise and traffic, apartments are quite big and with option for self cooking, pool is big and in very good condition. This was my second visit and definitely will come back again."

"Overall, the hotel is not bad, but unfortunately some of the reception staff are extremely incompetent in many areas. I am disappointed by the fact that the hotel insisted until the very last moment that lift passes could be purchased directly from them — even in the email I received right before check‑in — and it turned out this was not true. Moreover, at check‑in they didn’t consider it necessary to inform us about this at all, which caused us significant inconvenience."

"The rooms are very spacious, and the spa facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the delicious food and the nice lounge area, perfectly situated next to the kids' playground. "Amazing hotel! I love it! The lobby is very comfy and great-looking with the camina. The hotel have big conference hall wich we used for 3 days and it’s great. It also have a big pool wich water is warm and great for kids (it have a kid mini pool. The saunas are also amazing. The breakfast room is super and the breakfast and lunch itself are amazingly delicious. :) The rooms are very clean and they have everything you need like hotel branded flip-flops and many others. The staff is very welcoming , very kind and they do everything for you so you can have a nice stay in the hotel. The rooms have amazing view to the mountain or other have a view to the Hotel garden. He’s just amazing Hotel and it’s must-stay hotel if you plan a trip to Bansko. :)"
