Central Okanagan Hotels with Free Parking.

The hotel's location is excellent, and there's plenty of parking. The rooms are clean and tidy. All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant servers, were friendly and provided great service. The only minor issue was the air conditioning; if you set it above 64 degrees, it would stop blowing for a long time. It's possible I just didn't know how to adjust it properly, but that was the only small downside.

good location, close to the airport. hotel is nice and clean. but breakfast is not included when you pay more than $200/night. there is no central air condistioning. the air conditioner is noisy and disturbing. seems everything is expensive in Kelowna.

We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is fantastic.

This is an ancient hotel but with very convenient location and plenty of parking lots. The room is clean and tidy with romantic dim lighting in the room area. Simple breakfast comes with boiled eggs [very limited quantity and you won't get one if even at 9am], cereal, breads, muffin, yogurt, milk and coffee. Surprised that there's sauna room and a small pool. Helpful and polite Front Desk staffs with efficient services.

”An absolute gem in Kelowna! The Hyatt Place offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and exceptional service. Our room was immaculate and spacious, featuring their signature Cozy Corner sofa that made relaxing after a day of exploring so easy. The standout for us was the breakfast buffet—easily one of the best we've had at any hotel, with a fantastic variety of fresh options. We also loved the rooftop lounge for evening drinks and the clean, well-maintained indoor pool and hot tub. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier stay with great value!”.

Only been open for 1 month, but you wouldn't know. All the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The location is great. We did a wine tour and mostly relied on buses, and the bus stop is right in front. Across the street, there are good shops and restaurants too. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed like families were enjoying it. I didn't have high expectations for breakfast, and it was pretty much just bread with jam.

Great location, right in the city center/next to the highway, close to supermarkets and restaurants. It's a 7-minute drive to the lakeside beach and 20 minutes to City Park. Excellent value for money, includes free parking, WiFi, and a 24-hour front desk. The rooms are new, renovated in 2024–2025, with a simple and modern design. The bedding is comfortable, and a mini-fridge and coffee maker are provided. Friendly service, with a warm front desk staff and quick check-in/check-out. It's also pet-friendly. Practical breakfast: No free breakfast, but they provide vouchers for the adjacent Ricky’s restaurant (can be exchanged for pancakes/bacon/eggs). You can upgrade your breakfast for an extra charge; I tried the BC Benny, and it was quite good. Facilities include a seasonal outdoor pool, a small gym, and a self-service laundry room. A nice little touch: They put a rubber ducky in the bathroom, which adds a fun brand personality. The downside is the motel-style layout: external corridor access means less privacy. There's only one elevator, so for lower floors, taking the stairs is recommended. Noise issue: Rooms facing the street experience noticeable noise from highway traffic. It's advisable to request a room away from Harvey Ave when checking in. There's no elevator access to the 2nd and 3rd floors, which can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage.

Hotel is a good value The new tubs are so slippery I’m surprised that there have not been several accidents no mats on the tubs but was surprised to see a sign on front offering a mat if requested -that’s a safety issue to me

Overall, my stay was nice and it was a good experience, the Barbecue stove was very good and the location is very convenient too, but the air vent was very dirty and has a heavy smoke smell, the outdoor pool was pretty dirty too..
