We stayed for a night as our flight was early next morning. We picked this hotel as it was conveniently located in Terminal 3. We landed in Terminal 1 and the hotel was a stop away via airport train. The hotel was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. We ordered room service for dinner and it arrived promptly. There’s a Starbucks next to the reception.

Guest UserAlthough I prefer when airport hotels are actually in the airport, I guess that's not how it usually works. This place did what it was for, though, and did it pretty efficiently, too. I had hurt my hand while hiking on my trip, and on my way out the woman behind the desk cleansed it and rewrapped it for me. Great service!

JemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

The room was relatively basic. It's close to the airport, so there was a bit of noise, and the air conditioning unit was particularly loud. Once the temperature was set, I had to turn it off to sleep. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport every half hour, on a first-come, first-served basis, departing on time. It's a comfortable Mercedes-Benz, and it can drop you off at T3 or T1.

Anonymous UserIt is a nice hotel with friendly staff and plenty of free parking. However, the internet was down during my entire stay. The beds are big with comfortable beds and pillows and also a microwave. The gym is small and the equipment is outdated. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and one in the hotel although the restaurant staff is not friendly. It is also about 10 - 15 minute drive away from square one mall.

I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

Anonymous UserThe kitchen suites are absolutely gorgeous and have all you need to cook ! It felt just like home instead of a hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators can get busy during peak hours. Friendly staff and fast check-in process. Lots of parking.

VishnuBKNU Airport Toronto Hotel in Mississauga is an ideal choice for weary travellers. Its convenient location near Pearson Airport makes it perfect for a restful night’s stay.
The hotel offers essential amenities like heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, toiletries, a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The spacious double bed and clean room provided a comfortable environment. The quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort. It would be nice if the hotel provided complimentary water bottles.
A free airport shuttle service is a great perk. Call the hotel upon arrival for pickup and speak to the staff for drop-off for your next flight. You can also conveniently order food through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have it left outside your door.
The reception staff, Taran, was kind enough to allow a slightly late checkout, which was a blessing given our exhaustion. The only downside was the hotel taking a record of my credit card, which they claimed was for their file.
I highly recommend NU Airport Toronto Hotel for travellers seeking a break, rest, and rejuvenation before continuing their journey.
