Very Good
GGuest UserIt was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.
MMonick MaeThe room is clean.Beddings are comfortable.
Washroom is clean too. All the lights are in mood for a complete resting. The place is not noisy, you can have a relaxing rest before going to a long flight. The additional service of wake-up call is on point.
Ms Rose in the lobby assisted us in check-in with all the information we needed. She is so accommodating.
The free shuttle to airport is an add point too.Our driver is very helpful and always smiling.
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
GGuest UserThe room is very large and spacious, the facilities and equipment are relatively new, and the overall feeling is good! The breakfast is also OK, but there are not many varieties.
WWatson ChuaRoom is big and clean, and room service is good. However, sound insulation is bad. I could hear the kids in the next room screaming the whole night, as well as people talking along the corridor. What is worse is that the doors of the rooms will automatically slam shut after you exit, so you can hear the sound of doors slamming the whole night if it the hotel is busy. Light sleepers will have problems.
MmatalesRoom had chemical smell. A strong one. Similar to new material gasing. Had to change room after waking up with headache. People were nice. Other room had same smell but much less and was tolerable. Gym should not be called a gym. One bench that is not stable. And dumbbells up to 35 lbs. Few cardio machine. Don't forget something there. As I call every day and they just say they will get back to me. But never do.
EEMILIANOI was satisfied with my stay at the Courtyard. I don't know if I needed to request cleaning services but nobody came to change sheets, towels or take the garbage out.
other than that everything was good. Good reception Service since day one. Clean pool for the family, My grand kids loved it and I liked the gym.
I would stay there again.
Thank you!

AA10117The advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the airport and convenient for travelers to go to the airport. After all, given the price of this brand, I understand the hardware and software standards that the Marriott Fairfield chain must have.
The breakfast is on the first floor, and the content is basically North American style. It is really not good and rich. The egg, pancake, bread, fruit and coffee series are full. The shuttle bus to the airport does not need to be reserved every half an hour (but regardless of the pick-up). The hotel is very clean overall, the room is a suite, the specific facilities are not detailed in the pictures. The room is equipped with coffee but no kettle, and the sound insulation is not very good. The feeling of one night is actually limited, and it does not represent all. Many of them are just seen without real experience. I hope what I write can be helpful.
GGuest Userfriendly staffs, large clean room, comfortable bed and relaxing jacuzzi, enough space for parking, but breakfast is so disappointing, only breads and bagels. They charge extra money for egg and bacon.
GGuest UserI had a great stay at Radisson. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the food, special shout to Shivam for his amazing service at the breakfast. There was one issue: the WiFi was not working properly—it was either too slow or intermittent. Thankfully, I had mobile data, so I was able to manage, but it could have been quite inconvenient otherwise. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
