However, I consulted the hotel front desk staff four days in advance. The front desk staff said that dogs can be checked in, so I booked the hotel. But when we arrived at the hotel that day, we were told no. After a heated discussion, the front desk staff said that dogs could be brought in. It's a satisfactory solution. Regarding the lack of professional service capabilities of the front desk staff, the staff did not communicate in advance how to handle the situation of bringing pets in. Business communication needs to be strengthened in the later stage.
