GGuest UserOverall, I'm really happy with this hotel! **Location/Environment:** I specifically chose this location because it's a bit further from IFS, so it's nice and quiet here. You can enjoy breakfast on the 5th-floor terrace, which is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with the breeze. It's only a 4-5 minute walk to the subway, making it convenient to get to Orange Island and Wuyi Square. Getting a taxi to Changsha South is also very smooth. **Service/Cleanliness:** The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the room was very clean. I asked the front desk to clean the room on the second day, and when I came back in the evening, it was spotless! 😂 They even tidied up my child's stuffed animals! **Breakfast:** For someone from Guangdong who doesn't eat spicy food, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, as most side dishes had a touch of spice. You can opt for noodles or wontons from the cooking station, or stick to eggs, corn, and pastries.

GGuest UserAt Yijian 6500: In Changsha, I found another definition of 'home.' The moment I stepped into Yijian 6500, I knew my trip to Changsha would be different because of this hotel. It doesn't feel like a cold, impersonal hotel; it's more like an old friend I've known for years, who has already prepared everything, just waiting for my return. From the moment I was greeted at the entrance, 'feeling at home' was no longer just an adjective. The house manager's gentle smile and warm greeting instantly melted away the fatigue of my journey. During check-in, a cup of perfectly warm tea was handed to me; that comforting warmth spread from my tongue to my heart. What surprised me even more was that the hotel thoughtfully upgraded my room! This unexpected gesture made any initial feeling of unfamiliarity completely disappear. The house manager accompanied me throughout, like a dedicated personal butler, meticulously explaining every detail of the room. From how to use the smart devices to the carefully prepared welcome snacks, everything revealed the host's attentiveness. What truly charmed me was the exquisite canvas bag, which not only contained an eye mask and earplugs to help me sleep soundly but was also a gift I could take home! This small gesture was full of human touch. There was even a Rubik's cube personally made by the hotel in the room; after I thoughtfully solved it, I received a coupon for Tea's Express! This clever integration of fun and surprise into the service made me both play and drink, lifting my spirits. At Yijian 6500, my taste buds were also exquisitely cared for. Complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks could all be delivered directly to my room. Whether it was a meal to energize me in the morning, delicate refreshments during a lazy afternoon, or a comforting supper late at night, I could enjoy delicious food without leaving my room. This feeling of being so meticulously looked after was truly wonderful. The house manager also thoughtfully provided us with 'Changsha Food Guide,' 'Changsha Attraction Recommendations,' and 'Trendy Street Play Guide' via WeChat. These guides weren't generic information found online; they were filled with local insider tips and practical advice, allowing us to experience the charm of Changsha more deeply. Coupled with free Wi-Fi and professional travel photography services, the entire stay experience was simply perfect. Leaving Yijian 6500, my heart was filled with reluctance. Afterward, I checked into the W Hotel, intending to experience the standardized service of an international chain, but the stark contrast felt like night and day. While the W Hotel certainly boasts modernity and luxury, the genuine, warm service at Yijian 6500 is something no standardized process can replicate. In that moment, my only thought was: I really want to go back. Yijian 6500, you are more than just a hotel; you allowed me to find another definition of 'home' in Changsha. Thank you for giving me such an unforgettable journey.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean overall, and the room was tidied up perfectly. The bedding was neat and odorless, and there were no water stains or smudges in the bathroom, which made me feel very comfortable staying there. All the facilities worked properly; the air conditioning and hot water were both excellent, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were super nice, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The environment was quiet and not noisy, offering great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

KKamuyadeThe hotel's overall environment is quite good. There's a cinema on the fifth floor of the mall next door, and a Cha Yan Yue Se tea shop on the first floor, along with various dining options. The hotel rooms are relatively spacious and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is nice. They offer a complimentary laundry service, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel also has its own parking lot available for use.

AAixixiThe hotel environment is very good. The hotel is located in the Desqin business district. Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. The service attitude of the front desk ladies Jiaojiao and Xiao Liu is good. I like this hotel very much

Lliuwenyu1968Pretty good! The lobby is impressive, and the room is spacious and bright. The bed is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure and heats up quickly. They provide plenty of bottled water, and the tea set is nice. You can also get eye masks at the front desk. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

JJames04The location of this hotel and the room quality for the price are amazing! It’s located right next to a metro station which is only one stop away from the central square, and from there you can take another metro line to orange island or to the railway stations - so this is very handy. The hotel is near lots of places to eat/shop, and the view from the hotel is nice. The room was nicely furnished, had automated controls for all of the electronics/curtains, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was not the most expansive, but was tasty. All of these positive attributes were unfortunately somewhat let down by the service, which although incredibly friendly, was certainly unorganised. To begin with, we arrived at 2:30pm for a 2pm check in time, so that we could go out to explore. Unfortunately, we were told the room was not ready, and that we were to come back in an hour, when it would be ready. Given that we were only staying for one night, this significantly altered our plans - but they did at least allow us to leave our bags. However, upon returning around 4pm, we were told that our room was still not ready. Despite the staff being very friendly, not much of an apology/compensation was given. Therefore, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the lobby for the room to be ready. Once we were told to head up, we arrived to a wet floor. Whilst this didn’t take too much longer to dry, it was another inconvenience - and all of these piled up to essentially waste our planned afternoon in Changsha. Unfortunately, there were further issues later that day. We had some laundry to clean+dry, and so decided to make use of the hotel facilities. We were quite happy to load the washing machines ourselves, but after doing so, we were told that they would handle the drying for us - great! However, if we had known how long this process would have taken, we would never have accepted. We initially thought we could come back to collect our clothes 2 hours later - a standard time for 30min wash + drying (dryers were all free at the time) - so we returned at about 7pm. However, it was clear that they had forgotten about our (or perhaps other customer’s) washing, as they ran to the machines to move things around, and told us it would be another 2 hours to dry, and then we would be able to collect our clothes afterwards from reception. As a result, we decided to head out for the evening, a planning to return later to collect. At about 12pm, we returned from the evening, obviously expecting the drying to be finished (as we were told we could collect it at 9pm). However, after the staff once again ran to the laundry room (clearly having forgotten about them), we were told they were still not ready and that there was a queue. We completely understand that given the size of the hotel, we would potentially have to wait longer - but the fact we were initially told that it would be ready at 9pm is what made this frustrating, and that it seemed very unorganised. As we were leaving the next morning, we had to stay up late to guarantee the drying would be ready, and so it was only past 1am in the morning we received them back (despite the laundry room being empty at 5pm). Overall, whilst the room was nice and the location was great, these issues significantly impacted our stay (especially due to just being there for one night).

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
