I stayed in Changsha for three nights, and overall, it was a good experience. What left the deepest impression were a few small details, which I'd like to highlight. First, the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. One night, I returned after midnight and found my key card demagnetized. The staff member at desk #6 immediately helped me resolve it without any sign of impatience. Second, the toothbrushes provided in the room were soft-bristled, not the stiff kind that hurt your gums, which many hotels fail to offer. Third, on my second day, it happened to rain. Before I left, the front desk proactively asked if I needed to borrow an umbrella, which was also free. Fourth, I had to catch a high-speed train on the day of checkout, so I left my luggage at the front desk. When I returned to pick it up in the afternoon, I noticed that the front desk staff had been keeping an eye on it. My suitcase hadn't been moved around, and they even reminded me to check for any forgotten items. Individually, these small things might seem insignificant, but together, they make you feel that this hotel genuinely puts effort into what they do, which naturally elevates the overall experience.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The overall design is very aesthetic, and every detail in the room shows thoughtful touches, creating a wonderful ambiance. The bedding and pajamas, in particular, were incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries were top-notch! The host was exceptionally attentive. Before check-in, they sent detailed instructions and thoughtfully recommended local authentic eateries and sightseeing routes. They maintained a perfect balance – not intrusive but always available when needed. It felt like a relaxed home away from home. The food was delicious and exquisite. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

The room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The hotel environment is very good. The hotel is located in the Desqin business district. Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. The service attitude of the front desk ladies Jiaojiao and Xiao Liu is good. I like this hotel very much

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha. The entire room is smart-controlled, and there's even a robot for delivery. It's very good value for money, and I highly recommend staying here. The service was also very enthusiastic, and I even got a complimentary late check-out for an hour and a half. Hotels in Changsha are incredibly competitive... As someone who usually only stays at Huazhu Hotels, in Changsha, I have so many more options and can even stay on higher floors with panoramic city views. Room type: Xiangjiang North View · 270° Scenic Projection Room — I checked in late that day and the basic room was unavailable. They kindly upgraded me to a 270° river view room. The service attitude was genuinely good. As soon as I entered, they quickly offered water and guided me to the elevator. The room was well-stocked with Corona, Coke, Sprite, and other soft drinks. The location is only 1 kilometer from Wuyi Square, making sightseeing in Changsha incredibly convenient. The attractions are so concentrated – I really love Changsha!!!! As an independent hotel, many choose not to offer breakfast, but this place has separate breakfast and afternoon tea services. There's also a selfie studio on the first floor, and the facilities like the gym and laundry room are quite comprehensive.

After comparing several hotels, I finally settled on this one, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is located right at Wuyi Square, with subway and bus stops downstairs, making transportation super convenient. There's a snack street right next door, which is great for eating and exploring. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores and small shops nearby, so all amenities are well covered. The room decor is simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was spot on. While the exterior might be average, the interior room experience was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was quick. They offer free luggage storage, and the self-service laundry room was a thoughtful touch. You can even borrow umbrellas from the front desk if it rains. The air conditioning worked very well, cooling the room down quickly. For a city center location, the price is really good value for money. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
