The water dispenser in the room always had warm water, so convenient—no need to go downstairs to buy water. The complimentary freshly ground coffee was excellent, not just a cheap instant coffee. The biggest surprise was the underground parking garage—it was spacious, no worries about finding a parking spot, and the elevator went directly to my floor, making it easy to carry my luggage. Essential amenities like a laundry room and fax/printer were also provided, so I didn't have to search for them.
