The hotel service was so-so. The front desk staff were rather inflexible. After staying two nights, my key card stopped working on the second day, so I had to go back to the front desk to get it renewed. The door lock also broke that night, thankfully it was fixed in time, but it was still a bit of a hassle. There weren't many restaurants nearby, so I ate at all three hotel restaurants. I'm not picky, but the food was all pretty good, and the portions were huge – three people couldn't finish four dishes! The hotel pool was only 1.5 meters deep, not suitable for those who aren't good swimmers. The staff recommended renting a swim ring for 20 yuan. The pool wasn't crowded, so the experience was okay. Overall, in terms of service, the Mercure next door was better. Because the food was served late, they even gave my child a complimentary steamed egg. I didn't mind the egg, but it made me feel respected!

It's one of the best hotels in dongtai. Extremely convenient (about 4mins walk from the train station) and their services are top-notch. There are also shops close by. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in dongtai for a trip or visit.

The hotel is located in the commercial street, the environment is good, the green value is good, the room is small and exquisite. The lobby is far from the place to live, breakfast is eaten outside the noodle store, farther. The downside is that the hotel's service needs to be improved. The forest park is large and clean, with a very good ecology. There are many wild animals such as magpies, egrets, and peacocks. I don't know if it is due to the tree species or because it is well maintained. There are no bugs and the facilities are also well maintained. The food was relatively small, but the taste was okay. The old fisherman's food was quite delicious. Although the seasoning was normal, the seafood was very fresh. I had a lot of fun and will bring my friends next time!

Other things are ok, but the service attitude is bad. There is no breakfast left. I bought a breakfast coupon and wanted to refund it, but they said it would be served later. I started to eat, but when I finished eating, they didn't serve it again. When I asked, they said they couldn't serve it again. Speechless. They also had a bad attitude when they issued an invoice.
