The boss is warm and thoughtful, and also sent his own grapes. Because I made a mistake and paid for two rooms, I didn't find it at that time. When I returned to the room, I received a call from the service staff and assisted in the positive refund. The warm and thoughtful service made me very touched and grateful. The room was clean and tidy or 24 hours hot water.

ZZhutousan房間大，衞生好，洗澡水大，停車場能停二十多輛車，價格很實惠，此次出遊近十家住宿中，性價比最高！停車晚八點前都是能有車位的，從景區玩完回酒店停車都沒問題。前後我們住了兩次非常不錯，靠馬路不但不吵，天氣好點能看到博格達峯，天氣不好衹能早上看了！

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the Tianshan Tianchi International Ski Resort and Tianshan Tianchi Lake. The slopes are within easy reach, but snow doesn't arrive until December, making winter skiing particularly convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great lighting. At night, I could even enjoy a star-filled sky from the balcony, which was incredibly relaxing. The surroundings were beautiful, and the sunset view was so stunning I couldn't bear to close the window. There's also a campsite nearby, where you can spot wildlife! It was a great experience camping under the stars. The price was very reasonable, and they even included discounted admission to the scenic area, making it a great value. The front desk staff was also very attentive and helpful, providing detailed instructions on how to get to the scenic area. They also reminded me of the low temperatures inside the Tianchi area and encouraged me to dress warmly, which was a great experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was particularly comfortable, and I fell asleep as soon as I touched the pillow.
