The room was great, but what truly made our stay was the wonderful lady at the front desk! She upgraded our room, gave us complimentary breakfast, and even a small gift. There's a supermarket downstairs, and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room was large and comfortable for me, and it felt quite safe.
