I booked this stay at Hotel because of its strong reviews, and it absolutely lived up to the reputation—arguably the best hotel in Golmud. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. Even as a solo foreign traveller, I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. A complimentary fruit platter was provided, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. The housekeeping team was especially impressive—meticulous in their work and leaving heartfelt handwritten notes every day, which added a very personal warmth to the stay. Even small details were carefully considered. The laundry area had a coffee machine and other amenities, clearly designed to make waiting more comfortable. The hotel also offers free airport transfer, which made arrival and departure completely hassle-free. I would also like to give special mention to the receptionist, 王蒙蒙, who was exceptionally helpful. She went out of her way to assist me in contacting a driver, which made a big difference for me as a solo female traveller in a new place. Overall, my time in Golmud was made memorable because of this hotel. It didn’t feel like just a place to stay—it felt like being welcomed into a small, caring community.

Staying in Golmud during my Northwest Grand Loop road trip, I decided to try this hotel based on the positive reviews. And it definitely lived up to the hype! The room was brand new, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. They even offered valet parking and luggage assistance straight to my room, where they explained the facilities and local dining spots. The room itself was well-equipped with a humidifier, oxygen diffuser, and water purifier. Breakfast was also great. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel, I definitely made the right choice!

Stayed two nights in Golmud, and for the second night, I specifically upgraded to a more expensive hotel because it had a bathtub. When checking in, I even asked the front desk if the room had been upgraded, and they told me it was already the best room type. However, after enjoying a bath, I went to take a shower and a problem arose – the shower head was barely dripping, like a trickle of tears! I quickly finished my shower and immediately contacted Ctrip's dedicated customer service to complain. Even though it was almost midnight, the Ctrip representative was very helpful in relaying my feedback! Finally, the hotel offered to change our room, but since it was already past midnight, my friend and I just wanted to get some rest, so we declined the offer. Ctrip also informed me that the hotel had apologized. I felt compelled to leave this review to remind the hotel of the importance of routine maintenance checks. The hotel's facilities and room setup were otherwise quite good, but one faulty shower head ruined the entire experience! Let this be a lesson.

This stay at Atour was such a pleasant surprise! I had originally booked a standard double room, but upon check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded me to a suite for free – I was instantly thrilled! The suite was much larger than the double room, with a well-designed layout, spotless and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with a wide selection of pillows, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of high quality. All the facilities were new and functional. From arrival to check-in, the service was warm and attentive, with a gentle and patient attitude. The hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and it was very convenient for getting around. This unexpected room upgrade completely enhanced my experience, offering excellent value for money. It's the perfect choice for business trips and vacations, and I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!

The environment is great, and I really enjoyed the spacious RV. The camp's dining was also good, and they have an observation deck and a big slide. The bonfire at night created a wonderful atmosphere. Other room types also looked interesting; I'd love to come back and stay again if I get the chance. A flock of silly gulls often shows up waiting for food, working diligently morning and night.

The soundproofing was fantastic, making for a truly quiet night's rest. The facilities were excellent, with soft, pleasant lighting. The staff were responsive and friendly. This hotel offers much better value for money than others in its price range, and I would genuinely recommend it and definitely return.

I was just planning a standard stay, but unexpectedly, the weather suddenly turned cold overnight. To my surprise, the owner was incredibly thoughtful and offered a free upgrade to a deluxe suite, which instantly made the experience fantastic! The location is super close to Chaka Salt Lake. The young lady was very welcoming; I asked her to show us the rooms first, and she patiently guided us. I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay. The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised.
