GGuest UserThis time I came to Xinjiang and passed through Hami. I chose Aifei Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended.
The location of the hotel is really a plus. It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars.
The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home.
Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~

Service: I wanted a room not facing the road, and the front desk arranged it for me. It was very good and clean, but a little cold. The air conditioner was not very hot, maybe I didn't know how to operate it. It was very quiet and convenient for shopping.

Heart-warming late night snack: It was already 9pm when we arrived at the hotel, so we missed dinner time. Yogurt and bread were given when checking in, which was very considerate.
Service: The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I was afraid that I would not be able to return to the hotel when the check-out time came, so I left my room card at the front desk and delayed my check-out.
Facilities: The audio-visual king-size bed room you booked can also be used to project and watch movies, which is very good if you are a member.

GGuest UserGood place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles.

Facilities: The room is not big enough, but the air conditioner cannot be turned on together with the exhaust of the toilet, otherwise the room is not cool at all. We tossed around in the room for a long time before we found out the reason. The advantage is that the air conditioner in the room will not stop when you unplug the card. It is so comfortable to come back from crossing the sea road and enter the room~ Another thing is that there is no cold water in the shower~ What water pipe is broken? I took a shower with a small stream of water~
The overall hygiene is quite clean~ Pet-friendly🐈⬛

Kkayh88Rooms are spacious but bathroom is small, slippery and the washing machine in the bathroom will be all wet when you bathe. WC in most rooms are not functioning smoothly. WiFi connectivity is poor. The auto curtain in my room spoilt the next day. The smart gadget in my room cannot function as network connectivity is problematic. The good thing is the auto water boiler and dispenser and coffee warmer in each room.

Check-in experience: Clean! The room feels like living in it, the decoration and cleaning are very good, and there are all kinds of toiletries and hot water. There are four people on this trip, and the big kang is very comfortable to sleep on, which is satisfactory.
Landlord service: Enthusiastic! Enthusiastic! I especially like the landlord brother and sister! It is very easy to communicate. When we arrived, we responded quickly and handed over the procedures. Because we saw the barbecue rack and wanted to barbecue on the spur of the moment, the landlord generously provided us with various tools and auxiliary materials.
