"The environment is really good. There is a security uncle who greets you when you get off the bus. When you enter the lobby, the young lady at the front desk will say hello. The attitude is warm. I know that we are taking the children and preparing special slippers. The room is also very atmospheric and clean. Because I have to go early in the morning, I can’t catch up with breakfast time. I also sent a light meal that can be taken away, milk, bread, eggs, and fruit. This service is simply great."

The service is very enthusiastic, whether it is the front desk or the room attendant. Before checking in, I took the initiative to contact and add WeChat to send travel information.
The family room is very large, with a living room and a bedroom, which is more convenient for bringing children.
The room facilities are quite new, and the room layout is very childlike.
The breakfast is more local, with watermelon and cantaloupe. I am not used to it, but the children say it is quite delicious.
You can wash five pieces of clothing for free, which is also very convenient.
Disadvantages:
The water temperature in the bathtub is very cold, about 30 degrees, and there is no hotter water. I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter.

Additional selections include pure milk (no additives), Xinjiang-style salted milk tea with brick tea, organic mixed grain juice, and fresh soy milk.
The hotel is known for its proactive service: if a guest is seen looking around in the hallway, staff will offer assistance; loose buttons are sewn for free; shoes are polished for free; drunk guests are offered honey water with a thoughtful note; unwashed clothes are washed, ironed, and returned with a note; if medication is found in the room, staff will leave a caring message and pay extra attention; if a guest uses a bath towel as a pillow pad (indicating the pillow is too low), extra pillows are provided.
