This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was as soft as a cloud. Plus, I could see the city skyline in the morning. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful; she helped me book a ride-hailing car and reminded me to bring my ID – absolutely top-notch service! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

The room features a sunny, modern design with stunning nighttime views of Hami, and the vibrant orange and green color scheme is incredibly eye-catching. Nur at the front desk deserves high praise for her attentive service; she proactively introduced the facilities during check-in. The room boasts excellent views and natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The laundry room has two LG washer-dryers, and the staff even explained how to operate them. Breakfast includes delicious wontons, perfect for those on a diet. The gym has treadmills and yoga mats to meet basic exercise needs. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations!

Compare the whole season again. When I checked in, the little girl at the front desk said that I might not be able to eat lunch on the road the next day. After breakfast, I could take a little bit of food on the road. At breakfast, I took 2 more Xiaolongbao. Not only did they not stop, they also gave a bag intimately. No better than not knowing, the gap is obvious. In short, no guest here is God and a feeling of being at home.

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.
