The front desk 242 service is good. There are free late night snacks and afternoon tea. There is also a gym that is complete in all aspects. It is cost-effective. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

GGuest UserHotel is excellent but their staff is even better. They helped me a lot in this trip. I was having hard time adjusting since this was my first time in China, and the staff helped me in all issues such as language barriers, food, taxi you name it. They are remember their guests. If I ask for something and later I just forget about it , they will look for me whenever I am in the lobby and remind me about my request. Bruce, star Li, and Wendy . These three help make this stay memorable.

GGuest UserIt has been more than 20 years since I graduated from Dan County No. 1 Middle School! Live again near my alma mater where I studied and worked hard. In addition, the hotel is clean and classy. This time the whole family lives together. In the evening, I took my children to Dongguan Street downstairs to play, and the experience was great. The breakfast is very authentic and has the old taste of hometown. You can also take a stroll downstairs to the County Government Square early the next morning!

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. The customer service was very polite. The security staff in the parking lot at the entrance were also helpful in delivering the suitcases to the lobby. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and fully equipped. The most important thing is that this hotel is also very pet-friendly. Next time I will choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

NNikolai TochilovIn general this is a nice hotel. Clean room, good food for breakfast. The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities.

GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
