During my stay, the complimentary self-service laundry room was a lifesaver. It had washing machines, dryers, and irons, so my clothes were ready to wear immediately after washing, drying, and ironing – no laundry worries during my trip! The smart home devices in the room were also very useful; I could control the air conditioning and music with just my voice – a truly high-tech experience. If I needed anything, I could call the front desk, and a robot would quickly deliver it to my door – efficient and fun! Overall, the facilities were comprehensive, meeting all my needs for travel, dining, and daily life. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

We booked a suite, and there might have been guests having a party before, as there was confetti everywhere. Aside from the room smelling strongly of smoke, everything else was pretty good. The front desk staff were friendly, the hotel's location was convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
