Jinzhou Hotels with Free Parking.

We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

Beautiful and well mentained Hotel with unfortunately super thin-walled rooms. The aircon did not run properly and shut itself off after some minutes but the staff worked on it and after a while it was all warm. The lining and towels were all super cigarette-smelly which we never experienced in that way... it was disgusting. We have a mixed feeling, even with the laundry plus dryer and the english speaking guy at the front desk we probably would not stay again. They stored our bicycles in a storage room.

first! Full marks for service go to all the staff, especially the two pretty ladies at the front desk, who were warm and thoughtful! However, other parts of the hotel are indeed more or less insufficient because it has just opened. The first is that the room smells a bit strong, which is inevitable as a new hotel has just opened, but the hotel should take some corresponding measures, such as providing fragrance for customers in need. Currently, the room only relies on a small purifier to relieve physical discomfort; secondly, the refrigerator in the room does not cool but heats, and the yogurt I bought became warm after being left overnight, which is very puzzling; thirdly, the room price is not very different from that of Shenyang New World, but the richness of breakfast categories is quite different. Although the meal standards are different, as a newly opened benchmark hotel in Jinzhou, the quality of breakfast should be appropriately improved. I hope the above reasonable suggestions will be adopted as soon as possible.

I was already looking forward to writing a review for this hotel before my trip even ended! It truly exceeded all my expectations! The front desk upgraded me, and I ended up with a huge room. Both the bathtub and the window view were absolutely superb, and I loved the small balcony in the room—it was great to get some fresh air without leaving. The Penhaligon's toiletries and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the lobby were also nice bonuses.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and effortless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the staff’s genuine care for guests. They truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The room was spacious and bright with a great view, and you could even see the ancient pagoda in the distance. On the first floor, there's free hanfu available for trying on, perfect for photo ops. Before check-in, a staff member called to ask about our arrival time and reserved a parking space. They also assigned us a room close to the parking based on our estimated arrival. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions within a 3km radius. There's also free hanfu on the first floor for guests to try on and take pictures. Upon arrival, a parking attendant specifically helped us find a parking spot. Later that night, returning from the spa near midnight, the front desk arranged for the parking attendant to guide us to our car, which we greatly appreciated. A big thank you to both the parking attendant and the kind front desk lady on duty. Our room was very new and fully smart-enabled. We could control the curtains, lights, and TV with the 'Xiaodu' smart assistant. After connecting to the in-room Wi-Fi, we could scan a QR code on the TV screen to cast our devices, which was very convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and we woke up feeling refreshed. I used my Trip.com points to redeem complimentary fruit and a late check-out, and the hotel smoothly arranged both for us.

My stay at the Weilan Smart Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the west gate of Bohai University and close to Wanda, making it incredibly convenient for commuting. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bath towels were high-end, disposable. The service was impeccable, with the staff warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every step made me feel right at home. Overall, this stay was an unforgettable experience, and I'll definitely stay here again.

A trustworthy brand. I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews about outdated facilities, but since my child wanted to swim, I still chose Sheraton. As soon as we entered, the concierge proactively helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were sweet, enthusiastic, and checked us in quickly and professionally, providing a comprehensive overview of the hotel's amenities. The room was very spacious and comfortable, especially the mattress, which was incredibly cozy. During our stay, I took my child to the indoor pool, which was large, clean, and had staff on hand, making us feel very secure. The location is also super convenient. Highly recommended!

They don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.

Found a hidden gem! Both art lovers and those with a kleptomaniac bent on this place! This B&B completely exceeded my expectations. I was captivated the moment I walked in—the overall feel was effortlessly artistic. The warm floor lamps featured niche illustrations, and even the patterns on the throw pillows were ingenious, yet without the awkward, internet-famous feel of a boutique. It felt like staying at a friend's house. The amenities are truly remarkable. The projector is incredibly clear, making watching movies in bed at night feel like being in a private theater. All the appliances and toiletries are brand new, without the tired, old B&B feel. The most surprising thing was the value for money. Compared to other hotels in the same area and with similar amenities, which often cost over a thousand yuan, this one cost half the price of a plane ticket. It was a steal! Although it's located in an older residential area and requires climbing stairs, it was incredibly quiet. I was woken by the sun in the morning, not by noise. The room was spotlessly clean, even the bathroom was spotless. I've already bookmarked this place and will definitely stay here next time I'm in this city!
