No one can speak English. When I arrived at 3 am , they gave me a room without window. After talking and bargain for long time, they gave me the room with window. They kept water and other beverage in the room.i was thinking it's free like any other hotels but They forced me to pay 43 RMB extra for the water I drank where it was in my room and red bull.
