首先入住的時候非常好，前台姑娘萬分的熱情，入住後細心的及時的説刷少了一天，還不斷道歉，自己也非常理解服務行業的不易，不斷表示理解，後來問她拿了一張取電卡，我衹是隨便問一下而已，沒想到二話不説直接給了取電卡一張，很棒！第二天打掃續住衞生，本來她説阿姨要下午才能打掃，我也不會像行外人一樣會去質疑酒店的服務，她感受到了我的迫切，而我問她是否能提前幫忙安排，她毫不猶豫的説可以噠，這樣的服務態度打100分都算少的了，中班的小姑娘也很好，問她問題很耐心微笑的回答，雖然接觸不多吧，但是也能感覺到她的服務態度也是很棒的，本來可以從入住到退房可以開開心心的，因為行程問題，早上退房比較早，下來親自把2張卡拿給前台，説要退房，夜班的小姑娘服務不太行，接卡的時候她沒説話，我也沒説什麼，想着她熬夜了挺辛苦的，但是後面她一直沒説話，也沒説退房可以了啥的，後面是我問她退房可以了嗎，她才不屑的説了一句：可以了 ……這是一個小插曲，不然一切都會很完美的，希望夜班小姐姐能夠改正這樣的服務態度，也希望酒店的領導能給她耐心的去培訓一下，相信會更好的，（也不要去責備她，每個人都不容易，）PS：早上走的急，忘記拍一些房間照片了，下次有機會住一定補上！！
