GGuest UserCleanliness: Tidy and spotless, the environment is quite nice. It's close to attractions and offers great value for money, highly recommended! 👍🏻 There's a small courtyard which is very cozy. The front desk staff was friendly and even walked us to the entrance of the scenic area.

GGuest UserStayed for two days, and overall, I really can't find anything to complain about. It's clean, tidy, and well-equipped. When I first arrived, someone was there to guide me, and any issues I had were resolved. Personally, and this is just my opinion, there were a couple of minor things: first, the small side shelf was really tiny, I'd say maybe 20cm long at most. Second, the shower room only had hooks, nowhere else to put small items. They could consider adding a folding shelf, which shouldn't be too expensive. Finally, there was one lady who seemed a bit grumpy both times I asked her something. I'm not sure if I'm being sensitive or if that's just her personality, because no one else was like that.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, spacious, and bright, with fresh air. The bed was just the right firmness. The hotel is in a quiet spot despite being centrally located, and it's very convenient for visiting Luoyi Ancient City. There are two lovely cats that are super friendly and well-behaved. The staff provided thoughtful, attentive, and detailed service. My son especially loved the smart home features. I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

SShuijiaohuanghouI booked this hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is super easy. The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

1❌ Bad review: The auntie at the noodle station during breakfast didn't say a word, didn't answer guests' questions about the types of noodles, and was very rude?! Let alone a supposed five-star hotel, she didn't even offer a basic greeting. Is she a mute or disabled employee they hired???
Breakfast: For a hotel designed for over 250 rooms, the dining area is spacious enough and the food selection is rich, but compared to the room rate of nearly 600, the value for money is just so-so.

GGuest UserProblem 1. I arrived at the hotel shortly after 4pm on the checkin day but learned that the room was not available. They rented it out for the hourly rental and told me that the guest just checked out and would take 20 minutes to clean the room for me. I was stuned! As the check in time is 2pm, how could they rent the room out without knowing it was reserved for nightly rental and it only took 20 minutes to clean a room? This kind of operatons is not acceptable. Though the staff was friendly and apologizingly to provide me another type of room, the bed size ( twins) and the window view (no view) were all different and not better. At first I considered to switch what they offered at the time of my arrival because I was very tired. But then I decided to wait because the new room was not better.
Problem 2. At night, when I took a shower, I realized that the water stored in the shower floor like a little basin. It didn't and couldn't get complete dry even till next morning. See photo. The moles have alreay formed a cycle for a period of the time, but the hotel didn't fix it and still rented it.
Problem 3. Another day, I couldn't turn the heater on. The staff then told me they turned the heater off at the end of March.
I will NOT recommend this hotel to other travelers.

GGuest UserThe room was quite small; once the two beds were in, there was barely any space left. The entire courtyard was tiny, just two small sections, not much to explore. It's located in a traffic-controlled area, so taxis or private cars can't get there directly. You have to go to a designated spot and take the hotel's shuttle bus.
However, it's super convenient for Longmen Grottoes – only 300 meters from the entrance, so you can just walk there.

YYize SophieStayed in Luoyang for three nights, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The concierge was warm and professional, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was exquisite! They also offer high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, which was a huge convenience. A big thank you to the concierge and the hotel for their wonderful service!

It felt like we're staying in an ancient Chinese castle with modern amenities. Room was well sound-proofed and we could turn in early for the night even though night market was bustling with visitors. Delicious breakfast was available right before Li Jing Gate. Use Google translate to communicate with staff if you can't speak mandarin.

GGuest UserThis is a great place for a tourist. The price and environment are very good. It's next to the train station and the transportation is very convenient. There are buses from the train station to Longmen Grottoes and White Horse Temple. The lady at the front desk was very warm. She was worried that I might not be wearing enough clothes because of the temperature drop in Luoyang. I recommend staying here.
