This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, super convenient with everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and shopping right nearby. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was pristine white and soft, without any strange odors. The whole hotel design is very stylish, perfect for taking great photos. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially the young lady who was so warm and attentive. She even gave us a free room upgrade! She was incredibly responsive to all our requests, making our experience truly exceptional. For this area, the quality for the price is truly outstanding! Next time I'm in this city, this hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends!

The hotel is newly opened, and the room smelled terrible, so I had to open the window to air it out. The room was poorly cleaned, and the staff were lazy and made excuses, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was lackluster, and what was most unbearable was that several chefs would come out and eat with the guests during breakfast, picking and choosing food at the counter. It was such a bizarre sight; I've never encountered anything like it in all my hotel stays. When I complained to the staff, their responses were very perfunctory. The room facilities were inadequate; bath towels and hand towels were even draped in the toilet because there were no wall shelves in the bathroom. Five-star hotel prices, three-star facilities, and two-star management.

The hotel is ideally located directly opposite the train station. The facilities are quite new and it's very quiet. The shower had great hot water. The buffet breakfast on the 16th floor was decent, offering a wide, open view. What particularly stood out was the warm and friendly front desk staff who were quick to assist with any needs. Definitely a recommended hotel for anyone visiting Qiqihar.

The in-room amenities are smart and convenient; controlling the lights and curtains by voice was a breeze. The bedding was comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness – I slept soundly all night. The hygiene was impeccable, with a clean and bright washroom area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff (Yibei) were warm and natural, not overly intrusive, which made for a relaxed and comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

I was delighted to find local pineapple soda in the room, which tasted great, saving me the trouble of going to a shop to try it. I went to see Ex 4 and cried my eyes out. After crying, I went to eat barbecue. Qiqihar barbecue is really amazing. Qiqihar’s baby pot is also delicious. There are too many delicious foods. I can’t finish it in the time I stay. Now it happens to be the snow season and it happens to snow. It’s really beautiful. I have been to Qiqihar several times before, all in summer. I went to Zhalong to see the red-crowned cranes and went to Mingyue Island to take a boat on the river. It was the first time I came here when it snowed. I saw snow and went to the water master to soak in hot springs. It’s really good to soak in hot springs in winter. The snow is as beautiful as the red-crowned cranes. It’s really a cozy city. I like it. Every time I come here, I am in a hurry. I want to wait for the ski resort to open and ski before leaving. I really like this place.

The hotel owner is helpful and kind to assist me to find my way around Qiqiha'er. She waited for my arrival at the railway station and showed me the way to her hotel. She advised me to do my own tour to Zhalong nature reserve park by taking public bus 306. Or take a Didi e-hailing. However, the only problem is the place and the room size are just too small and difficult to move around. There are people smoking in the hotel and I can't really stand the cigarette smoke everywhere. I hope the owner must make policy not to allow guests to smoke inside the room and hotel space.
