The front desk staff, Cici and Shanshan, were very helpful. The breakfast selection was amazing, including local specialty spicy soup, fresh fruit, freshly ground coffee, and delicate pastries – a true feast for the senses. The location was also fantastic, with shopping malls and food streets all nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable – I fell asleep instantly! The view from the window was breathtaking; opening the curtains at night was so soothing.

The location is in the city, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the room is clean and tidy, the price is very high, the breakfast is very rich, and there is spicy soup to drink. The entrance to the parking lot is relatively narrow, if there are many cars, it is a bit difficult to park.

This hotel is exceptional, situated in a prime location. The personnel at this establishment are remarkable, amiable, and exceedingly accommodating. Initially, I had reservations about the city, but this hotel transformed my perspective. The accommodations are outstanding, spacious, well-designed, and maintained to high standards. The bathroom is also impressive; the toilet features a heated seat, and the shower offers excellent water pressure and hot water. Additionally, there is a self-service laundry facility available for guests to wash and dry their clothes. The breakfast is superb, featuring local cuisine that is quite filling, though not Western. I rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10 and will undoubtedly return in the future.

This stay experience was perfect! The front desk lady smiled super sweetly, and the procedures were fast and intimate. The most pleasant surprise is the sound insulation. When the door is closed, the outside world is isolated. The night is quiet and you can hear your breathing and sleep particularly heavy. Some accessories in other places, such as the power socket of the sink, are damaged. It is best to repair and replace them in time. Environment: The location is very close to Riyue Lake, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there are all kinds of restaurants within 1 kilometer of the surrounding area. The sound insulation is average. The windows are designed with drainage holes, which causes noise from outside the window to be transmitted in. There are also problems with the design of the pipes in the building. The sound of running water will be transmitted when taking a shower or flushing the toilet upstairs. The sound in the next room was bearable... the soundproofing was really lonely. Service: The service is indeed good, and the front desk is very polite. However, the permission to upgrade the room should not be honored. The reason should be clearly informed to the guest when booking a room.

This is truly a hidden gem hotel I discovered in Shangqiu! The environment is elegant and quiet, and it's conveniently located near a large shopping mall. The hotel was spotless, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all amenities were provided. The staff thoughtfully recommended local restaurants and sightseeing routes; the attention to detail was impeccable, and my stay was very warm and welcoming. This hotel is absolutely fantastic!

We had a good experience with the 2-day stay. They provide good facilities for pingpong, pool table and swimming pool. The room is clean and comfortable. They provide delicious breakfast with a lot of option. It is very nice place to stay in Shangqiu city.

This place was just as I expected. For anyone who has not stayed at such a place, I want to clarify the description. This is a hostel. There is a single toilet and shower for the entire floor. You can lock the door and take a shower or use the toilet, but you may need to wait your turn. There is also a single sink outside of the bathroom for the entire floor to use. Management is very nice. They do not speak English and are not familiar with the process for registering foreign guests. In the end we asked them to take pictures of our passports and visas and figure it out later.
