GGuest UserHow do I even put this amazing trip into words? I’m an exchange student studying Chinese in Hangzhou, and I was totally hooked after seeing photos of Shenxianju’s breathtaking scenery online.
I searched a lot of hotels and homestays near Shenxianju, but here’s the thing—most hotel staff couldn’t speak English. That’s when I found this homestay! The front desk team was so friendly, answered all my questions in English, and even took my special requests super seriously.
Once I got there, I was blown away: the place was quiet and peaceful, and the room was spotless. Every staff member was warm and welcoming—whatever I needed, they had my back right away. The front desk attendants were always there when I called. At night, I got to stare up at a sky full of stars and really feel nature’s magic.oh,and their food? Really Delicious!
And it’s so close to Shenxianju Scenic Area—only a 15-minute taxi ride!
If you’re looking for a great homestay experience like I was, this one comes with my highest recommendation!

CCali LawyerI’m an international traveler from California, USA, and this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! I normally book only five star hotels for my family (my husband, four year old, and myself) and this hotel in Tiantai truly blew us away. The design and decor is gorgeous - it transports you to a zen garden complete with sophisticated greenery and koi pond. The koi pond is beautiful and the fish are so healthy. The hotel staff was also extremely kind and accommodating, Miss Zhang walked us to a restaurant the first day we arrived and DingDing was really sweet to our four year old son. The service was the best and I didn’t feel like I had issues communicating, even with my limited Chinese, and with my family not speaking any Chinese. My husband had work calls with California at a ridiculous hour (4 am to 8 am!) and they let him use the tea room for his video calls. The value for this place is also amazing - this was the least expensive hotel I have stayed in, and also the best! I really feel like this hotel was the passion project of someone who had a grand vision and great taste. The Le Labo toiletries were such an unexpected treat. I have family in Tiantai so I will definitely be back and I can’t wait to stay here again!

RRuixueliangyunShenxianju Star Viewing and Yuemu B&B, which we booked online with Ctrip in advance, is very close to the south entrance of Shenxianju Scenic Area. However, we learned that we were going to visit the next day, and after having a free and rich farmhouse special breakfast, the owner personally drove us there. We went there, and after the tour the boss came to pick us up and meet us at the B&B. Although we only stayed for two short nights, we felt very satisfied. Not only was the room comfortable and clean, the facilities were complete, but the service was warm and thoughtful. They took the initiative to help us carry our suitcases to the room where we were staying and introduced Shenxianjunan It is a leisure route suitable for the elderly, entering from the south gate and exiting from the south gate. The main attractions are basically visited, which saves us effort and time without wasting our legs. In particular, some of the intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and wood carving master-level products of the B&B owner are particularly unique and worthy of praise. Secondly, the delicious dishes cooked by the landlady are full of fragrance and taste, and the taste will be unforgettable for a long time. We drank some wine and sang karaoke, and we were in a particularly happy mood. ...Everything is good, worth recommending, take photos for reference.

GGuest UserMy stay at Le Pavillon Eternel Hotel was fantastique! The hosts were very hospitable and friendly, a charming husband and wife couple; the hostess was quite a chef. I really liked how she cooked my meals, after visiting the Grand Waterfall of Tiantai and the Qiongtai Fairyland Canyon, perfect places for me to visit at the end of the year. Both are highly recommended. And this hotel is highly recommended because the entrance of these stunningly surreal, spectacular, and serene sites - all at once - are just about a 10-15 walk from the hotel. I visited the famous Buddhist Temple a few years back, so it was all about taking in this amazing waterfall and exploring this enchanting water canyon in between soaring mountains that kiss the sky. Descending back to my hotel room, it was quiet, and the bed comfortable. The heater and the wifi also worked well. The water was nice and hot in the middle of winter. The hotel is not very far from the Tiantai Shan Train Station, which is about 15-20 by taxi and costs only about 25 yuan. When I get another chance to come to Tiantai, I'll definitely come back here.

VViviLeonI recently had the pleasure of staying at Yiting Hotel in Taizhou, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my check-in was smooth and quick.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water and a selection of tea and coffee.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made pastries and the selection of fresh fruits. The restaurant staff were attentive and made sure everything was perfect.
The hotel’s location is another big plus. It is conveniently located near several popular attractions, making it easy to explore Taizhou. I was able to visit the Taizhou Museum and the city’s beautiful parks with just a short walk or taxi ride.
Overall, my stay at Yiting Hotel was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a great location makes it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Taizhou. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

RRASHEED CHINAThis hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Rome. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Rome, as it made my three day holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.
We are just back home from Rome and our week stay in the hotel could not have been better and so pleasant. The location is perfect fabulous for ease of getting to and from Airport by bus. The staff is helpful, we had a very late check in and the man in the reception was so nice and helpful even it was 23:45. The room was spacious and we also booked a room with free mini bar – Fantastic and recommended !! Breakfast was very good. A lot of varieties: hot cold food, pastries fruits coffee tea, so tasteful. GGuest UserWe just checked out today, and honestly this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in China. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He even upgraded us to a bigger room with a beautiful terrace, a higher floor, and an amazing view, which made our stay even more special.
What touched us the most was how they treated us like guests, not just customers. They invited us to have dinner together, and we spent the evening eating, chatting, and playing games. It felt very warm and authentic.
They also paid attention to every detail. They asked us what time we usually wake up and when we would like breakfast, and in the morning they brought a delicious breakfast directly to our room.
As a foreigner who has been living in China for two years, this is honestly the first time I have felt so comfortable, welcomed, and connected with local people during a stay. It was a wonderful experience that we will remember for a long time.
Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm, genuine, and memorable experience.
