Hiking along the northern route of the Southern Tianshan Mountains to National Highway 219, I found myself stranded at the closed Xiatu Scenic Area, trapped in a dusty construction site amidst a raging storm. All I wanted was to leave. I quickly called a car and booked a short stay in the city. The tour leader said the car couldn't get in, and it was almost 10 pm, so I had to call Ctrip to cancel. Then suddenly they said the car could get in, so I quickly cancelled my cancellation. I called the landlady to explain the situation, and she said she would wait for me at any time and would keep her phone on. I arrived at the guesthouse at 5 am. The driver had dropped me off at the wrong intersection, so the landlady personally came to pick me up. She had prepared fruit and food for me and told me not to rush to check out, that I could sleep until the afternoon. For someone so physically and mentally exhausted, that moment brought tears to my eyes. The courtyard is very beautiful, the common areas are comfortable and tasteful, and the location is convenient, away from the street. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Tekes!

The guesthouse itself boasts beautiful scenery; sitting at the entrance and daydreaming was very relaxing. The staff were all very warm and friendly, providing a hearty and delicious breakfast, and they even cut us cantaloupe and watermelon. The rooms weren't large, but they had everything we needed, and the cleanliness was quite good. Mountain accommodations certainly can't compare to those in the city, but for the price, it's excellent. The traditional wooden cabins weren't very soundproof, but with the heating on, it was very cozy, and I slept soundly after a long day. Qiongkushitai is definitely worth a visit!

What a hidden gem of a hotel! We arrived at 11 PM and called ahead to order dinner from the hotel restaurant. The lamb hotpot was absolutely incredible – seriously, so, so good. The service was outstanding and so welcoming. The staff helped with all our luggage; even if I walked past with just a backpack, someone would immediately offer to carry it. The coffee at breakfast was also the best I'd had in all my days in Xinjiang. Beyond the beautiful environment, the hotel also offers horse riding (for a fee) and archery (free). We stayed at the hotel until well after noon before checking out, which was incredibly relaxing. We initially thought it would be a two-hour drive to Kokesu, but a staff member told us about an entrance that was only a 20-minute drive away. That was a huge help, truly. All in all, everything was perfect. We didn't get to see the stars because it rained that night, but we had no regrets at all because this hotel is just phenomenal. Oh, and the hotel also has fast charging stations for electric cars!

This homestay really exceeded expectations! The location is very good to find, and it is convenient to eat and buy things around. The small courtyard and the room are particularly comfortable and clean, and it is relaxing to look at. The lighting is good, and the air is particularly fresh when the window is opened. Toiletries are basically disposable, the quality is super good, the comfort is used, the bedding is comfortable, and the night sleeps super fragrant. The front desk brother is super enthusiastic! As soon as we arrived at the door, we took the initiative to help us lift the suitcase to the door, very intimate! If you have any questions, ask him to answer them patiently. The little brother is not only enthusiastic, but also a ”live map”! Ask him what delicious and fun places are nearby, and the recommended places are particularly authentic. Follow the food and play without stepping on thunder, worry-free! The most pleasant surprise is that there are cute puppies in the store (called Wangcai ～)! Super cute and cute, quiet, just let the puppies! There are also apricots to pick! In short, the experience from check-in to departure is particularly good, as comfortable and comfortable as living in a friend's house. Next time I come here to play, I will definitely choose here! highly recommended!

The facilities were surprisingly good! Before heading up the mountain, I looked at many hotels, most of which were slightly upscale and cost over 2,000 yuan. I was a bit hesitant to choose this one because of its low ratings and price, especially considering it had a bathtub and shower. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find a large courtyard with parking, a rare find in the mountains. There were also lambs in the courtyard, perfect for taking photos and petting! The cats and dogs were also adorable! Chatting with the owner, I learned it was a newly opened hotel and hadn't been busy advertising, hence its relative obscurity. The bedding was incredibly soft and clean, making me feel very comfortable. The room wasn't very well ventilated; perhaps the downside of large windows is that they can't be opened directly. However, the owner suggested we open the door for ventilation, which was nice. Sitting on the platform under the corridor, drinking tea and chatting, was truly blissful… As for food, there was a Han Chinese restaurant right outside. We ate there the first night, and the next morning we ate with the restaurant owner, realizing how silly we were the first time! The meal with the owner was both inexpensive and delicious! (However, the owner mentioned that they don't usually take people to share meals; they only do so occasionally when there are fewer customers, which is quite rare.) The fact that they didn't charge exorbitant prices despite being in the mountains made us feel that the owner is a very honest and conscientious person. She's truly a woman who doesn't seem to be focused on making money but has a lot of passion and a love for life! She also mentioned that if business is good in the future, she'll add a movie viewing area and a terrace for coffee and tea—we can't wait! (*^o^*) Another thing that really warmed our hearts was that everyone from the volunteers to the owner was a very young and kind woman. It felt like a very women-friendly place. We were quite worried since it was our first time in the mountains of Xinjiang, but we unexpectedly met some very helpful and compatible fellow travelers. On our first day, they were very welcoming and attentive in helping us with our luggage. On the second day, the owner even found a horseman she knew to help us find horses to ride and introduced us to the scenic routes. It was a wonderful experience! The stars in Qiongkushitai are incredibly bright at night. It rained a bit on the first afternoon, and I thought I wouldn't be able to see its beauty, but a rainbow appeared! The Milky Way was still dazzling at night, which was truly amazing. I feel like you can visit Qiongkushitai with your eyes closed. This hotel has made me love Xinjiang even more! I highly recommend everyone to stay here. I really hope to see it even better next time I visit!

Choosing Wuyin Zhidi for our trip to Kalajun was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is super close to the East Gate of Kalajun Scenic Area, just a ten-minute drive. Our butler, Xiao Ba, wasn't just handsome, but also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He was always responsive to our needs and gave us great tips on the best places to visit and the most beautiful scenic spots – he was really, really nice! As for the hotel room, it was very clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. They even treated us to a wonderful, extensive afternoon tea with incredibly sweet fruit. This place is definitely worth it! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Choosing Xiyuxi (West of the Western Regions) Hostel during my trip to Bagua City turned out to be a truly heartwarming travel experience! The hostel's spacious common areas are furnished with multiple long tables, perfect for sharing meals and playing mahjong in our free time – a relaxed and lively atmosphere. The hostel has a particularly relaxed and therapeutic atmosphere. Solo travelers from all over the country gather here, chatting late into the night in the courtyard or common areas, sharing their experiences, scenery, and life stories. What could have been a lonely solo trip is now filled with warmth. What touched me most was the everyday warmth: everyone goes out to buy groceries together, then returns to the hostel's communal kitchen and cooks together. Some chop vegetables, some cook, and some plate the food – a home-cooked meal is made by everyone working together. Sitting around the table, there's no awkwardness or distance, just like being part of a large family in a foreign land. The owner and volunteers were incredibly helpful, patiently assisting with everything from travel guides for Kalajun and Qiongkushitai to finding carpooling partners. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hot water in the bathroom was reliable. For those looking to experience a genuine backpacker atmosphere in Tekes, this hostel was the perfect choice. I still miss it dearly, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Yili!

Wenzhou International Hotel is of guaranteed quality and has very good service. The rooms all have small refrigerators and are fairly clean. But this time, probably because of the Eid al-Adha, the customer service was not very good. I stayed for two nights in a row. I told the waiter to change towels and toiletries in the morning, but when I returned to the hotel at noon the next day, the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and continued my trip. When I returned to the room in the early hours of the night, it was still not changed. After I told the front desk again, it took 20 minutes to change it.

My stay at Qiongkushitai Stargazing had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the room's bed was equipped with heating, which was incredibly useful given the cold local weather. I was able to sleep quite comfortably at night and get some good rest. The guesthouse also had many adorable and lively small animals, including lambs, bunnies, and chickens. However, there were a few issues with the bathroom facilities. Firstly, the bathroom temperature was quite low, lacking sufficient heating, making showers feel very cold. Secondly, the hot water supply was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold, making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. In the mornings, hot water was almost unusable, causing significant inconvenience for washing. Additionally, the bathroom drainage system needs improvement. The drain was slow, leading to severe water accumulation during showers, which affected the user experience and posed a potential safety hazard. Overall, the guesthouse service was excellent. They provided afternoon tea and a sweet soup before bed. The guesthouse manager also promptly came to help resolve the bathroom issues.

Facilities: The room was thoughtfully equipped, featuring a Dyson hairdryer with a gentle yet powerful airflow, and a Smeg kettle that was both safe and convenient to use. All the facilities in the room were well-maintained, and the hot water supply was stable and plentiful, making daily life very convenient for the whole family. Cleanliness: Our family drove to Qiongkushitai and booked this guesthouse on a whim without much planning. We originally planned to stay only one night, but because of our excellent experience, we extended our stay for another day. The entire room was exceptionally clean, with every nook and cranny wiped spotless. The bedding was neat and dry, and the bathroom was tidy and odor-free. Such cleanliness in the deep mountains far exceeded my expectations. Household Service: The staff were friendly and helpful, and very attentive. Wusun Qiying Camp - Dried and Fresh Fruit Platter: We also received a complimentary afternoon tea with a charming mountain atmosphere. There was even a photographer on-site to help us take photos for social media, creating a wonderful ambiance. Service: Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and the whole family was extremely satisfied. We will definitely choose this place again next time we come to Qiongkushitai. We sincerely recommend it to tourists.
