先説優點：停車方便、早餐不錯，周邊還挺繁華
缺點：屋內蚊子有點多、衞生間的洗手盆櫃門合頁銹跡斑斑導致櫃門開啟，無法關閉，稍微不注意就會碰腿，衞生間頂部鏤空需要修繕，存在不安全隱患，衞生環境需要進一步提升，安全隱患需要進一步解決處理
