What really stands out is the exceptional service of the reception staff and also kudos to the female chef at breakfast who is patient with our vegetarian requirement. The only thing is the wifi is pretty weak and breaks often.

The overall environment is incredibly tranquil and private. The courtyard is filled with flowers, trees, a koi pond, and a small pavilion; the atmosphere is absolutely magical when the lights come on at night. The kids especially loved running around in the courtyard, watching the fish and identifying the plants—it was so much more fun than staying in a regular hotel. The breakfast was also excellent, and the service was top-notch! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xiangyang!
