Yueyang Hotels with Free Parking.

I was here for a business trip, and this highly-rated hotel lives up to its reputation. The location is decent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing a Luckin Coffee. Upon entering, I was offered hot tea, and they even brought my luggage to the room – the service was incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, plus they offer complimentary laundry service. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and they had coffee, along with both Chinese and Western options. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly sufficient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the service is outstanding. The high ratings are definitely well-deserved.

The hotel was generally speaking clean. Rooms were fairly quiet, the downside is the motion sensors for the bathroom. At night time, it is very bright when lights turn on. I stayed for two nights, on two separate occasions. The second time, the room floor was dirty, I don't think it was mopped or vacuumed, the room was not ready. Wifi is also an issue for me, I could not connect to it on my phone, I have been told that most ppl didn't have problem connecting to it. Location is very close to the high speed rail station, that's why I chose it. Overall, it was a good stay.

Firstly, super duper conveniently located just outside Yueyang station, less than 1 minute walk. Secondly, I’m a fan of the interior design/details. Pure elegance. For my basic room, it’s like a suite with partition of spaces! And that doesn’t come with any compromise on the comfort: the mattress was elastic and of moderate hardness, and come with two different pillows (one fat, one flat), which I absolutely love!

Thirdly, it’s equipped with decent laundry room and gym room (up to 15kg dumbbells). Fourthly, despite being near to train station, the room was either kept almost smoke-free or treated very well. No cigarette smell most of the time—except each midnight there would be some cigarette leaked in from the bathroom.

Overall, my stay wasn't great. There were a few hardware issues that need to be fixed: the seal strip on the bathroom door was falling off, making the seal very poor; the electric kettle's plug on the desk was loose and falling out, which is a safety hazard; and the duvet felt slightly damp, making it uncomfortable to sleep under. I hope the hotel promptly inspects and maintains its facilities.

I was surprised to choose this hotel when I came to Yueyang for the first time. The hotel All facilities are very complete. I arrived at around 4 pm. The lady at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and her service attitude was very good. The breakfast at your hotel was also great. There is also a smart audio control panel in the room. The environment is very good. Every aspect of the room is great. They are all great and cost-effective. The hotel was not a hit with this trip to Yueyang. I highly recommend it😄😄😄😄😄

Parking is convenient, there are quite a lot of parking spaces, check-in is quick, the room is relatively large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the environment is also very good! It's close to the scenic spot, easy to get in and out, and overall very comfortable. The service at the front desk is good. Because there was too much traffic on the roadside and it would affect our sleep, they took the initiative to change us to a quiet room😊

Very satisfied with a stay! Just entering the room was amazing, the desktop, corners, bathrooms were cleaned, there was no smell, the room was well lit, the sound insulation effect was excellent, it was completely undisturbed from the outside world, the bedding was fluffy and comfortable, the toiletries were fully equipped, and the front desk service was professional and intimate. There is a timely response to the demand, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is very worry-free to go out for food and play. It is suitable for both travel and business trips. I checked in on the last day of the Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination) exam. Both floors were filled with Gaokao students. I wish you all the best! Service: After checking in, we discovered a leak in the ceiling next to the mahjong table. It was so severe that it had to be collected in a plastic trash can. I contacted the front desk, but all three staff members claimed they had no idea. They wouldn't even offer to check or verify the information. Are all the housekeeping staff blind? Facilities: The water supply was cut off upon check-in. Guests have the right to know. They should have informed us before check-in. This lack of quality is truly worrying. Yueyang is poised for future development, and the hotel industry needs a shakeup!

The overall stay experience was OK. The location of the hotel is good, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding eating and shopping is very convenient. The room size is moderate, the basic facilities are available, and the sanitation is clean. The check-in speed at the front desk is very fast and the attitude is friendly. However, the sound insulation of the room is average, some sounds in the corridor can be heard at night, and light sleep may be a bit affected. The breakfast type is not particularly rich, but it is no problem to fill the stomach. Considering the price, the price/performance ratio is quite satisfactory, there is no special surprise but there is no big problem, it is an acceptable stay.
