The sanitation is really good, the decoration is relatively new, the whole house is smart, the living is particularly comfortable, the children go out to play, and when they go back, they say that we have to go back to that hotel. The boss and the proprietress have excellent service, helping to book tickets to various scenic spots, not only have discounts, but also can be refunded at any time. Originally planned to fly to Tianshan in the morning, Gaoyiling in the afternoon, and Yangtian Lake the next day. As a result, a flying mountain played for five or six hours, and I couldn't go to Gaoyiling. I told the boss to help me retreat directly, which was very efficient. The important thing is to say again, the living environment is really OK, there is no big difference between the four-star and five-star I usually live on business trips, mainly clean. The service attitude is also first-class. Unfortunately, Mangshan and Yangtian Lake did not send it raining, and I will continue to choose this one next time.

This hotel wasn't very crowded, and I'm so grateful to the owner for the free upgrade – it really enhanced our experience! The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

For our first night driving through Chenzhou, we chose this guesthouse inside the scenic area. You can drive right to the guesthouse entrance, and the staff will help you with your luggage upstairs. The view upon entering was stunning, overlooking the Xiaodong River; the emerald green water instantly soothed the fatigue of the long drive. The room was very clean and fully equipped, with disposable cups, toilet seat covers, and face towels – a definite plus. However, because it's inside the scenic area, there aren't many places to eat or shop. But you can order in advance and have the restaurant cook for you; the food is just as good as what you'd find elsewhere. The No. 4 viewing area is only a few hundred meters away, and a short walk down the path you can see fishermen casting their nets. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The lady also contacted me in advance to tell me the detailed route. After checking in, she also shared many niche attractions and food tips that only locals know. Living here is as comfortable as visiting a friend's house. It is very cost-effective and must be praised! Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, and every corner is spotless. The public area is decorated in a warm and cozy style, with comfortable sofas and exquisite green plants. Taking a rest here for a while, you will feel completely relaxed. Moreover, the sound insulation of the homestay is very good, and you can sleep peacefully at night without being disturbed by the outside world.

The hotel environment was excellent, and the rooms were fully equipped. Located by Dongjiang Lake, the view of the lake was immediately apparent upon opening the curtains. The two receptionists were very friendly. They even provided a complimentary breakfast for our group of three, which was fantastic. The staff reminded us to only book the room if we were satisfied, to avoid having to pay a discount if we were not happy with it. Seeing how attentive and responsible the staff were, and being very satisfied with the room, we booked immediately. Overall, we were very satisfied.

When we left, the owner was also very nice and helped us book a car to Chenzhou West Railway Station. When we first arrived, the owner recommended us a restaurant that the locals go to, and even lent us an electric scooter for us to go around! ! It’s really good! It is also very close to Xiaodong River. You can walk to the scenic area with your ID card and take a bus. And! ! The hotel is conveniently located in-between Gaoyiling scenic area and Dongjiang Lake, approximately 6 km to both scenic spots. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Room is large, clean and comfortable. And room heater operates smoothly. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and has many varieties. We were satisfied with our stay here and will recommend to our family members and friends.

It is very close to the No. 2 fog viewing platform, the environment is also very good, clean and hygienic, complete toiletries, and I can't use it. The boss is very good, the weather is cold and afraid that we are cold, just touching the snow, the fog in the snow is beautiful.
