I had an amazing stay at BRIGHT for three nights. The customer service was absolutely excellent—any issues or questions were resolved immediately via email, and the staff was incredibly responsive. If you send a photo of a problem, they address it straight away, which made the experience stress-free. The apartment itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything you could need is provided, including cutlery, dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent, and even a lovely selection of teas, sugar, salt, milk, and coffee. As a thoughtful touch, they left a small candy gift on the bed along with fresh, great-smelling towels and bedding. The location is fantastic, with a train station right outside for easy transport. Parking is now subject to a fee, though we didn’t have to pay during our stay as they were still updating their policies. If you plan to cook, be mindful to open the windows, as triggering the fire alarm could result in a fine between €250 and €2500, as per the information provided. There are several convenient stores nearby, about a seven-minute walk, including Aldi and Burger King. Additionally, there’s a beautiful lake area perfect for a relaxing stroll. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment studio. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again!

Ich war das erste Mal im Parkhotel Crombach aber definitiv NICHT das letzte Mal. Ausgezeichnete zentrumsnahe Lage. Trotzdem ruhig. Die Damen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Ebenso das Reinigungspersonal und die Dame beim sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet…Danke für den kurzen aber sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt 

The Limehome is centrally located, is very clean and the suite with capacity for up to four people is very large and modern furnished. The sleeping sofa was unusually comfortable and there is even a small refrigerator with freezer. The only thing that is essentially to be noted here is that who books about trip.com does not seem to receive his access code to the accommodation. So, after booking, it is essential to contact the operator directly via the service hotline and ask for booking, so you can also get a code and not stand before the door and not enter.

When I checked in, the lady boss told me that the bed in the room was broken, and it was probably crushed by a large-scale action of an old driver...! The hotel temporarily arranged their apartment, and they lived in a very cool apartment, a suite, so I am very satisfied with their apartment, I hope I can have good luck next time and let the bed continue to break down.
