Great
CChristophA great location on the hill above the city allows a wide and charming view of the region and landscape. The Parador is an enthusiastic building, and both service, quality and service are really top at rooms and restaurants.
We can only recommend this parador as a hotel at the hottest and have enjoyed the unique stay there on our Andalusian trip including reading dinner and rich breakfast.

JJuan F. LizanaBuen hotel, habitación limpia y cómoda, con una smart TV enorme. Está a las afueras de Jaén, pero se llega al centro en poco tiempo y está muy cerca de las carreteras principales. Había varias bodas esa noche, pero no nos molestó nada.

AaranzazuDije que quería una cama doble y me dieron 2 individuales, luego tuve problemas a la hora de meter a mi hijo en la habitación, aún abonando por él porque decían que en la habitación con bañera redonda que es la que pedí no estaba disponible y que los niños no podían. No tuve más remedio que aceptar la habitación que me daban aún haciendo la reserva con 18 días de antelación y obligándome a poner una cama extra por llevar a un niño de 8 años cuando les decían que el niño dormía con nosotros. Aparte, el grifo de la bañera, salía muy poquita agua y para bañarte te tirabas tú ratillo. En general, me he alojado más veces en éste hotel, pero ésta experiencia no ha sido muy buena.

YYUQIThe hotel's restaurant will only open at 8:30 in the evening. It may be because it is a small town. The restaurant waiter does not speak English at all. The menu is based on Baidu, but the taste of the food is quite good. There is a park next to it, and the hotel facilities are average.

I have to highlight the good treatment of the reception staff, because today it is increasingly difficult to find people who are pleasant to the public.
We enjoyed the Christmas market that was next to the hotel and a beautiful Belén in the hotel itself. And what to say, the good restaurants and bars to tap the area. In addition to it is so close to the Cathedral, Church of San Ildefonso...etc.
